different price on the web and store

I bought a baby bouncer from the store, there was a discount on the website at the same day, I wanted a refund from customer service. They responded 1 week later and said there is no discount anymore and they can not make a refund!

Shopped at another baby shop and was grossly disappointed. Then I decided to take my ‘business’ to Babydump. I didn’t like the initial development after I placed my order as the order was not arranged in 3 days for shipment. Contacted their customer support and found out that the freebie that came with my purchase was not available at that moment hence the shipment was delayed. The contact on WhatsApp was easy and quick and everything was arranged promptly. The freebie came in two weeks later without me tracking it at all. Overall, quite satisfied with how it turned out.

Great experience

The staff was very helpful and answer every question I had as a first time mom about the cribs and strollers, also the free gift was amazing 🤩. The order arrived in time and complete. I love all the products that I bought.

Very well organised and one stop baby shop

The store is super clean, well organised and has everything we need for a baby in one place! Best baby shop I have visited in Netherlands. Only suggestion for improvement - I would recommend the staff to actively walk around the store to ask if customers need any help. Lot of new parents are clueless with the wide variety of products available and hence, the staff can be of great help.

Graco Myavo travel buggy

We placed online order for a Graco Myavo buggy from Babydump, Son store as the item was not in stock in store on a Friday evening. It was delivered before 10 am next day. Store representatives were eager in helping us choosing the right buggy for our needs. English friendly staff. We got a new buggy from baby dump at a cost of used one.About the buggy, it's a lightweight and easily foldable with a single click. Best suited for traveling with your infant on public transport. Doesn't come with all the fancy features but does the job pretty well.

Great delivery service, but questionable quality

Great delivery service! We spent 1100 on a Nursery furniture set which looks great, but one of the pieces had a big ugly sticker which was highly visible. When we peeled it off, the wood veneer came off too so now the piece is damaged. Baby dump said the sticker was not supposed to be removed so they can't do anything. Just a warning if you buy a piece! That surprised me as given the price we expected better quality.

Very unsatisfied with their customer service!
I had ordered the Little Dutch toy kitchen set, and received a damaged one. After complaining, I was instructed to send some kind of batch number in order for them to order the damaged part and send it to me. I was told the number was on the bottom of the kitchen. After sending them a picture of the bottom, with the only numbers that you could actually find on the kitchen itself (the kitchen was assembled, and the damaged part was one of the last ones to assemble; that's when we found out it was damaged), and after a week of waiting for their reply, I was told that's not the number, that it must be someplace else. I told them there was no other number, not even on the box, and again, after ignoring my emails and waiting a week or so, they came back to me with the same kind of reply that it should be there, like I haven't said anything back to them. After a few of those back-and-forths, with weeks in between, ignoring my comments, it was over a month when they told me that I can return the kitchen and I'll get a new one back. They knew that the kitchen was already assembled and in use by a small child, that the packaging was thrown, and that there was no way I could actually return the kitchen in perfect condition after this time. That's why they had made that offer, to shut me down, knowing that it can't be done at that point.
Very bad customer service. I'll never buy again from that company. You can find all their products elsewhere, there's nothing unique about them at all, not in the assortment (especially not in the stores), or in the pricing. And the way they were communicating, ignoring my emails, as well as the content in the emails was really disappointing. They never tried to help and solve the issue!

2 orders = 2 problems

This is my second time ordering from this store.
But I should have learned from my first mistake and not contacted them a second time.
I am now 8 months pregnant and I make a lot of online orders in anticipation of my future child. I like the Babydump website, it is quite easy to place an order.

Unfortunately, they use the services of the DPD Belgium delivery service. 2nd order and 2 times problems with delivery.
The first order (I paid for home delivery) - they immediately sent it to a pick-up point that was more convenient for them. (It is not near my house) and I, pregnant, have to get there and pick up my parcels (by the way, these were large boxes with a folding bath for a child). Okay. I endured it.
After some time (01/24/2025) I made a second order (#E0029850) and now it is unclear where and for some reason it was returned to the seller.
Again, thanks to the lazy DPD company, the order did not even reach my city, the order was not in Antwerp, and on the way it simply turned back to the sender, i.e. to the seller. ( 05222080189758 )
I wrote a email to the Babydump company but still no response and no action.
I ask you to look into this matter.

Instead of enjoying the last months of pregnancy, I have to deal with such problems. It's annoying.
