Was not in stock when ordered but still came within days. Really pleased with the service & the parents we have bought the monitor for say it is very swish. The system is easy to use & the images are very clear.

Only used it a couple of times but it has given us more peace of mind that our baby ok when we are sleep. Fast delivery

Firstly, when we got the monitor it looked like it wasn't brand new. Secondly it kept cutting out, we tried it numerous time and it cut out and when we put the power in, it started again even though the battery wasn't dead. We sent it back and they claim there isn't anything wrong with it, their clearly is and it's a £270 monitor. Somewhere in transit the screen got cracked, they claim it was cracked when received but didn't mention anything. The reality is, we paid £270 for a monitor that cuts out so isn't fit for purpose and now has a cracked screen.

No help from them and I'd stay well away from this company. Prices may look attractive but buy on price and inevitably you'll end up paying twice.

I have emailed this company regarding a refund- and no one has responded. I have had to ring them to get a response and someone on the phone promised I would receive a refund upon receipt of my parcel. My parcel has arrived at their depot and no one has confirmed refund or contacted me.

To confirm- the company has now gotten in touch and issued a full refund after chasing them.

After purchase, I was emailed that the product I ordered was temporarily out of stock and if I wanted an alternative product. I said no it's okay, I'm not in a rush and asked if they could give me an update when they do get more stock in, but i didn't receive a reply. After 3 x more emails for an update and no response, I decided I would just ask for a refund. Still haven't heard back on this and I ordered the product several weeks ago.

Still awaiting to hear about damages. delivery was delayed without notice. Packages came in dribs and drabs over 3 days without any tracking notice. Once received all of the packages all of them had some damages have put together furniture and there is scuffs and scratched. I have taken photos and awaiting an answer.
However Holly and Charlotte have been helpful to the best of their ability.
