Quick and great

From quick and cheap ordering I didn't take the next day delivery option opting for the 3-4 days delivery to save a couple of quid, within an hour I had a despatch email with a delivery date of the day after, an email from dpd with a time and it was here.

Good product

Good product. But on the website it says dimensions are 120cm x 120cm the ones that turned up were 100cm x 120cm so don’t fit the window properly so have had to add card in to the bottom to achieve black out

Not accepting returns for unused products that fail to meet expectations

Bought a pretty expensive (>£100 which is a lot when you are on SMP) spare pad for my baby monitor as my baby is now in a full size cot and one pad doesn’t cover the full length so when she wiggles the alarm often goes on for no reason. I had no other option as this is the only pad that would work with the monitor we already have. The spare pad came and when we opened it we realised the cable is too short and does not reach the monitor. When complaining to the company and saying I want to return as the pad is useless they advised I need to put the monitor in the middle of the cot where my baby could easily access the cables and strangle herself (kind of the opposite of why I bought the monitor?!) even thought I told them that is not an option multiple times as I’m not endangering my child. I told them I want to return again. Then they recommended an extension cable with a vague name RJ11 which I purchased the closest one I could find (there are hundreds online under name RJ11!). It didn’t fit…so I said listen I’m not putting my baby in danger by putting cables where she can reach them and I’m not purchasing any more products to actually make this work so I want to return. They came back saying it’s “used” and can’t be returned. How can a product be used when it’s not fit for purpose and it’s unusable? I complained and said your own website states I have the right to inspect and return within 14 working days (which I’m still within) in as new condition (which it is since it’s been in the box the entire time except the two times we unsuccessfully attempted to use it). Radio silence to my last message. I’m pretty upset as I now have a pad I can’t use, my child is still not fully monitored and I’m out of pocket for a lot of money. This company is terrible, does not care about customers so if anything goes wrong, you’re left out of pocket! Customer service and adhering to customer rights make a company and this one unfortunately failed on both counts. I’d stay away if I knew!

Received wrong colour changing unit

Received wrong colour changing unit. After informing the company they haven't engaged as I can't provide packaging. It was a gift and I only saw it when it was built, realising wrong colour. Media silence now, don't seem to care now they received payment.

Purchased baby monitor, canceled immediately same moment when I found out no way to contact them!!? Go ahead, try to call the numbers they post🤬 none of the phone numbers work, theyre all in Europe, and their emails are just as useless..you get multiples of the same robot responses. I canceled, I even stopped pmt. With my bank!!! They sent it anyway, so I requested an RMA, RETURN TICKET, never got it either!! So I sent it back to them! Even the box was shady, with no return address label on it!!!!!!!!!?!
SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF GRIEF, THIS COMPANY IS OUT OF COUNTRY, BUT PORTRAYS ITSELF AS A PHILADELPHIA ADDRESS, NO PHONE, AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM!??!!!!!

Motorola Halo Baby monitor

Order my new baby monitor one late evening and it was shipped the following morning and arrived promptly. I had shopped around to find the best price and they had the best price. Baby monitor arrived in good packaging and without issue.

con artists - we bought a £250 monitor with a warranty, it fell 50cm onto a floor and stopped working. We asked for the warranty cover, they denied it on the basis that it's not the manufacturers fault the thing stops working after a 50cm fall! Scam merchants, stay away.

Bought baby stroller from…

Bought baby stroller from BabyMonitorsDirect.co.uk nearly week ago (Sat 16th Oct). Delivery time: 3-5 working days, so, worst case scenario, should be delivered today (Fri 22nd Oct). However, not even despatched yet. Decided to drop them email...in reply I received that unfortunately this stroller is not available and website showing wrong, but will be back to stock on December!!! So, I understand that no one even bothered to contact me in that case and they was waiting till December for delivery?? Maybe for some chance I will forget that I bought stroller or maybe I don't care and I bought this stroller in October 2021 to use in August 2025? Order has been cancelled and money refund is processed. Bought same stroller from other retailer with free next day delivery. Poor customer service, looks like they don't care of customers. Shame

Pre ordered a trike in may for my wee boys 1st birthday in June ….. still waiting for the trike, cancelled on Aug 13th annnnnd still no refund, raised a claim with PayPal thank god for that, should get my refund from them over the coming weeks. Amazon can send the trike a little more expensive next day!
Useless customer services and “0” communication as to what’s happening.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM

Advertise furniture they don’t have!

Advertised furniture online as in-stock and available for delivery within 2-3 days. This was not the case, which they only advised 2 days after payment was taken. Wish I’d read all these reviews first. Customer service was pleasant and polite (thank you Charlotte) and sorted a refund within 5-7 working days, but wish I’d saved myself the hassle! Avoid at all costs.

They advertise and take payments for…

They advertise and take payments for goods they don't actually have. I ended up cancelling my order as they had no idea when they'd be getting stock to send my pram I had paid for 2 weeks earlier.

I really can't understand how a business can legally operate like this. Taking payments with no intention of stocking the item and fulfilling the order. They then offer to substitute your item for an inferior quality product.

I wonder how many customers have been scammed by them when you look at how few products they actually have in stock.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Item arrived damaged (all 4 boxes) and also appeared to be used / repackaged / sold again as new. Unresponsive to emails. Rude and unhelpful on the phone. Promised delivery on of replacement item on 3 separate occasions now but the item never arrives and they refuse to give any tracking details. Queue excuses.......

Order didn't arrive due to product being out of stock (whilst being advertised as available)

We have urgently ordered a monitor from BabyMonitorsDirect given that our current one broke unexpectedly and we needed a replacement asap. We paid for next day delivery and the monitor didn't arrive - I called the company and they mentioned there was an error on the website and the monitor was out of stock. I understand errors can happen but the company should have called/contact us immediately to inform us about what had happened.

No communication, will avoid

We placed a pre order for a trike a month ago. After emailing them before I purchased, I was assured I would receive it by mid June- way in advance of my sons birthday. I received absolutely no communication since May (when I purchased it), and had to chase it up 3 times. Both emails were ignored, and upon giving my order number via Facebook messenger, I was left on read for a few days. I finally gave up and cancelled my order (thank goodness for PayPal, otherwise I doubt I would’ve got my money back so fast). Really shocking customer service, I actually contemplated the whole website being a scam. My partner spoke to them in the phone and was told they sent me an email on the 24th June- which obviously didn’t get to me. I definitely won’t be ordering again, luckily I found a very similar trike on Online4Baby who have already dispatched my order less than 12 hours after I paid.

I don’t usually leave poor reviews but…

I don’t usually leave poor reviews but this company deserve it, Would have given 0 stars but was not given this option, ordered a car seat was told 2-3 days delivery and still after two months still no car seat, terrible communication as they did not reply to any of my emails, luckily I paid via pay pal so managed to get my money back without any problems, avoid this company and spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!
