Ordered a baby monitor using standard delivery and received it the next day. Cheapest price I’d found, only negative would be that you don’t receive an email once the item has been dispatched. Other than that great service! Thank you

We needed this monitor quickly to cover the night time movements of my elderly Mum. BabyMonitorsDirect responded quickly so that we got it straight away. Fantastic service!!

Ordering product was no problem, however no happy with the product. The camera part really overheats when running. I am going to have to send the product back as this could be a fire hazard. Please contact me regarding this return.

Ordering a pram for our firstborn child went very well with this company. The exact unit I ordered was unavailable and so they provided a slightly more premium model at no additional cost. The pram has performed as promised. I would and have ordered again from this firm.

This was bought for my granddaughter, who has Gerd, it can often stop her breathing, especially at night. This mattress has done its job on many occasions since getting it, which the whole family are grateful for. At least now her parents can get some rest now with this mattress, before they would have to take it in turn to stay up at night to make sure baby was safe and still breathing.
Recommended to any that have babies with breathing problems.

Quick delivery and item as described. Works great as I often forget to switch it off before taking baby out so know it definitely works! Great peace of mind and helping me sleep much better with a newborn.

After reading a lot of there reviews on trust pilot I was a little concerned but gave them a go and I must say I am glad I did. This is a good website to order products from they are cheaper in prices and are also very helpful I used there live chat and they were very polite and explained everything, I can not fault them at all except with one thing when you order from them they say it’s being processed but they never send you another email to say product has been dispatched, maybe they can improve on that
All in all they have always delivered all my products before the estimated delivery time which I appreciate and will continue to order from them. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a new monitor and additional camera on 12th August August. When they arrived, I didn't realise the additional camera was not compatible with the monitor I had ordered - this was my error. I contacted BabyMonitorsDirect on 14th To check if I had made an error - no reply. I contacted again on 17th and 19th August to request a return to be processed. I eventually received a response on 27th August with info on how to return. I proceeded to do so, paid for tracked delivery and received notification it was received on 4th September. Since then I have had no communication and no refund - I've emailed three times and no response and it is now 20th October. I'm due to have a baby any day, am over £130 out of pocket and this is unacceptable .

Ordered a few bits that were on back order, was promptly offered a more expensive alternative and then all items were quickly sent out to us. Good communication and cheapest price i could find online. Very happy.

Wonderful , baby chair arrived two days later. Packaging in perfect condition, feeding chair adorable, it fits my little grandson perfectly. Delighted with my purchase first class service. Thanks M Mc C.

Ordered an item ... waited patiently for it to arrive and nothing so I got in touch and they said the item had been discontinued so nothing would be delivered. If I hadn’t contacted them they would have just kept my money and never delivered anything - really poor

Very speedy delivery despite COVID-19 delays. Product (baby monitor) arrived and I wasn’t completely satisfied with it so emailed customer services, who were very polite. I thought the product was faulty at first, but I think it’s just not great quality. Not returning as I need a monitor and don’t have the money to get a second one while I return this and wait for a refund unfortunately, which is of no fault of this company.
