Ordered a baby monitor at a sale price of £79.00 needed it for next day delivery so paid the extra for this service despite being charged £5.99 for next day delivery item has not been despatched until next day so unless the courier or post office are using a new technology is teleportation I am not going to get what I paid for next day delivery my advice is if you want to avoid disappointment either go elsewhere (like Amazon normally free next day delivery or do not pay any extra for faster delivery (you will be wasting your money.finally got through to this companies customer service this is not a true title for this company most customer services try to communicate when they. Are contacted but when I rung the company representive was completely rude and aggressive over the they totally were not helpful at all I am still waiting for an item I paid next delivery now going on 4 days I have asked for my money back and there fore will be refusing delivery on the grounds that item has not arrived in time after all even if they had despatched on the next working day I paid for next day delivery if counted as next working day they supposed to have despatched on Friday the day after order it should still have arrived today there was no notification of any cause of delay on website,sorry to update again have read through some other reviews I do not if anyone is aware of website resolver .co.uk but if you want to report via resolver they keep ALL correspondence on a downloadable file which can be used in supportive evidence to claim money and costs back as resolver is a recognised web site the files are legal that is resolver .co.uk

I spent just under £80 on a breathing monitor and it arrived last week and has played up from the first use. Absolutely no confidence in it. It is definitely faulty. I contacted the phone line and the girl said she would send a returns form / label to my email. Still waiting for it. I will be phoning again this week. They took my money and sent me a monitor that does not work properly.
Avoid this company.

has a great range, and you can pan around, the only down side is the camera needs to be plugged in all the time. but it really is a good clear picture, with a large screen to see room.

Found this at a great price having never heard of this company before. Product is great, folds down neatly and is fairly unobtrusive in the corner of the room. Signal appears to be pretty good, even through several walls, although the picture is a little laggy and night vision isn’t quite as clear as the Motorola we have at the in-laws. Would recommend though

I’ve received a faulty item which I reported. I was requested to send a video of the fault, sent it and never heard back from the company despite chasing. Hoping this will still get resolved :/

The product is brilliant and the postage was really quick, only downside is not knowing if the product was dispatched or not...

Really speedy delivery, packaging was secure and the happy with the product. So much more reliable than other non-medically endorsed monitors.

I placed my order one day and was delighted that it arrived the following day.
I called my son to tell him and his partner that they could cross baby monitor off their list but he said they had already bought one.
Therefore I sent you an email to explain that sadly I must return it. You replied, sending me '0' as the reference number. I despatched it 17/12/2020 paying the extra £1 for the proof of delivery to be required.
The reference no. on the parcel is NV763888476GB
I expect a speedy refund.
