I ordered a car seat for my baby over a month ago as he’s outgrown his existing one and have been told each week that it’s on its way and will be delivered next week. Each time I complain I get an email ‘Thanking me for my patience’. Well my patience has well and truly run out. I would never recommend anyone buy anything from BabyPlanet unless you want to be continually let down, lied to and left feeling annoyed and frustrated.

After seeing some bad reviews, I was very skeptical about purchasing our travel bundle from Baby Planet but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the experience. The items were delivered in 4 days (I was expecting longer as we are in NI). Everything was as described and we received additional items that I wasn’t expecting including a footmuff. I had to email the sales team as we didn’t have a tracking code for the delivery and they were very quick to get back and keep us updated. We managed to get our mamas and papas bundle for half the price of the high street store

We visited the store at Mansfield (bristols early days) and would definitely recommend a visit. We entered with no idea what we were looking for and the ladies were happy to answer all of our questions and guide us for which travel system suited us best.

We have ordered twice from the Mansfield storeand both times we have received brilliant service, always happy to help and very quick delivery although but they will also save the item until your ready to collect

Went to bristols early days Mansfield and had such a great service so helpful and couldn’t do enough to show us how each pushchair worked, collection was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend

We had a brilliant experience with Bristols Early Days in Sutton in Ashfield, all the staff on each visit we made to the shop were always more than happy to help on each visit that we made in store! We are very happy with our purchase and we would definitely recommend this store in the future!

Mansfield baby planet. We have just arrived to collect our Egg pushchair package. The staff gave us excellent advice & service & helpful throughout.The shop is spacious & pushchairs are displayed well & easy to access. WELL WORTH a visit if you are planning to buy any baby/nursery equipment. Excellent service excellent products & excellent prices.A truly professional service throughout Would definitely recommend.

Great service from the store in Mansfield. The young lady in the store helped us so much when choosing our pram for our first baby. For first time parents, I haven't found anywhere as lovely.

Babyplanet Mansfield Bristol’s is an excellent place for all your baby needs. Annette was so knowledgable and helped give us the advice we desperately needed. Definitely the best baby shop in the area!

Stuart was absolutely incredible. Very kind and nothing was too much trouble. Had him running up and down stairs the whole time and he did it with a smile. Could not recommend enough. Beautiful store and really helpful staff.
