I did quite an expensive big order to Sweden and it arrived really quickly and in great shape and with a good price! I compare this to when I tried to order from another European baby site in Holland where I had the opposite experience. I highly recommend Babysam also for international orders.

Stock issue
Your stores never have most of the items available. It is difficult to shop on webshop without seeing things.
Also some of your stores has good staff and some has not so good.
I have opted to shop at another place due to these constraints

terribly bad UX and development of the online shop
I had to buy a gift voucher from babysam.dk and I'm now sure that I'll not buy anything more from this website. The design is so poorly done, without any thought for the user and how he interacts with it. It's shown that the order goes through 3 steps, as they are actually 4, arrow type buttons (instead of text buttons) that say nothing and are placed in a strange place, buttons that doesn't work, lack of necessary and important information such as delivery time and many, many others that the user encounters at every step of the order. Of course, there is no English version of the website ...

Should be more gift-friendly
I created an account to buy a gift for a couple of friends that live in Denmark, but I live abroad. First, the system would not allow me to indicate two different countries for the delivery address and my own home. Next, I was hoping to attach a message to my friends with the purchase, if nothing else to let them know it was from me; instead, I had to write to them separately and ruin the surprise. And finally, after creating an account to make just one purchase, I was bombarded with spam for the next days (my Danish is not excellent, and changing my notification settings was not effortless).
I would assume that a lot of people purchasing baby supplies are actually buying gifts for friends (a fraction of them probably from outside of Denmark, just like me). It would be great if BabySam could adjust their system so as to accommodate the needs of such people.
UPDATE: My friends went to a store to exchange one of the items, and predictably they were asked for the receipt that was sent to me by email and not included in the package that was delivered to them.
