Was really pleased with how quickly the order came. Was worried would not come in time for baby shower but arrived much quicker than u could have guessed. Would not hesitate to use then again. Great choice of gifts and favours plus ideas too. Really great site.

I used almost all of the contents of the parcel. We had a great time with the games and the room looked lovely with all the decorations. my daughter was thrilled with her surprise party. One small detail-i felt the banner should have read Baby Shower, not congratulations, as the baby hasn't arrived yet! The anner would then have matched the rest of the decorations,plates,tablecloth etc.
All the guests were very impressed with the look of the room. Perhaps that will generate more orders!

When I ordered the items it said delivery within two weeks but the items arrived within a few days! Perfect - no stress while organising the shower for my little sis :)

I ordered items for a baby shower a week ago and was asked by Baby Showers couriers how i would like my items to be delivered. As i knew I would be at work i requested the items be left with ANY neighbour. The delivery arrived and as i was not home (in London) as I had already informed them they chose to bring the items back to Kent and did not attempt to leave the items with any of my neighbours. As i will not get the invitations in time i tried to cancel my order and was met with extremely poor customer service. I was told that i was not entitled to a refund because some items were personalised. Being reasonable i agreed to pay for the personalised items but had to insist that i was entitled to a refund as I had not received the items and had requested that the courier return them. I was then told that i would have to pay extra for the personalised items to be sent to me which i refused as i made a valid request (which the couriers admit to receiving and agreeing) for the items to be left with a neighbour so i should not be expected to pay extra for this. I was then told that a decision could not be made until the manager was back from holiday! I have spent over £100 with these amateurs and not only are they refusing to refund my money but they are refusing to deliver the items without me paying extra. I will have to spend saturday sourcing the items myself (so much for online shopping). They gave me the "option" of coming to Kent to pick the items up myself. Nobody tried to find a reasonable solution. Steer well clear of this company, they are a Watchdog programme waiting to happen.
They also allow you to order items which are out of stock, then call you a few dates later offering "alternative" items". If they are aware that items are not available at the time of your order (which they were in my case) they should not take your money.
