Items as described, fast delivery.

Was a little disappointed that I was able to order and pay for items that it stated was 'in stock', to then be left a voicemail saying that two off the items were not in stock and I would receive an 'alternate replacement' if I didn't respond by a certain time. As I work long days this panicked me as I didn't particularly want a 'alternate replacement' as I had a theme for my baby shower. I also had to make another phone call again to chase the refund. When I received the parcel it was poorly packaged and seemed as if the items had just been 'thrown' into the box. I will not be recommending this website to my friends.

Excellent service - looking for something a little different for my sisters surprise baby shower,and I certainly found it. Most of the other sites had much of the same,but I found exactly what I was after,with the bonus of 25% off! Everything you need in one place,easy to order,and the whole lot was delivered within 3 days! What more can you ask for?!

I could not recommend this company highly enough! Brilliant choice of products to buy, all reasonably priced and as described. I was given a 1 hour time slot for the delivery and it was within 5 minutes of the initial time that my order came!!!! Thank you :-)

I was planning this baby shower for my friend. When I checked this website I was amazed to see all the cute stuff they were selling. My order arrived on time. Our guest liked the gifts as well.

Couldn't of asked for anything more! Great quality, affordable prices and after messing up the delivery options they we're very helpful to change the delivery date so everything came in time, such a large and varied range of themes and gifts perfect for a baby shower and offers many more services will defiantly be coming back next time!

It was a great service with brilliant quality, the only annoying part was that there were random numbers within the games. Some games were for ten players, others eight and one for 15. Random and slightly annoying as it was clear on the description. Good quality items though and well worth the money.

Quick delivery too.

I was very impressed with the choice of products available and the cost of items. My only nughle would be in relation to an item I ordered snd paid for was out of stock. I was sent the " next best" but it was a different theme to other items ordered and i was charged full price for the alternative.

My order arrived ahead if estimated delivery. There were a couple of mistakes but on telephoning they were rectified immediately and replacement items arrived within 24 hrs of the phone call. Couldn't ask for better

We're out of stock of the balloons I wanted but they called me and checked the date of my party and sent my ordered within a couple of days complete.

Very fast service, I my items were delivered very fast.

"My" order came very quickly but when I opened it up, although it was my invoice inside, stating the games package that I had ordered, it was somebody else's order inside! I contacted BabyShower who were quick to apologise, checked when the date of my party was and confirmed my order would be dispatched immediately. This was only yesterday so my package has not yet arrived. I must admit to being surprised at being asked to return the wrong package, which is a bit inconvenient, and at having to pay the postage but being assured that I will be refunded the postal cost. On the rare occasion this has happened to me before with other companies, I have been told just to keep the wrong product as a goodwill gesture.
