SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY.
I paid £104. for a bottle of perfume.
Bottle arrived broken and perfume leaked out.
These scammers offered me 10% refund which I refused. They have ignored my emails after I refused.
Terrible online experience. I will be moaning about this for years. I WAS ROBBED by BACCARAT.

Ordered Baccarat rouge for my partner and thought it didn’t smell strong so compared it to my original and it’s completely fake.
I also checked the video on line which showed me what to look for and many differences,box is lighter colour,the internal packaging lighter colour and the FK label on packaging is different.
The contents label is missing underneath and the spray is larger

No help from customer service! My package is blocked at customs, and I cannot get in touch to get it unlocked! Overall terrible.
Nobody picks up the phone, and replies to emails arrive (maybe) after a week.
I have been waiting 3 weeks and now have no Christmas gift - thanks baccarat

My issue isnt with the product as much as the customer service. My shipment was more than three weeks delayed with no change in status. There was also no other emails updating me of the situation. All I needed was more information about an update. I called the number on the bottom of the website to get an update. The lady was very limited in response (barely engaging) and was upset when i asked how long i can expect to wait or if there's an option for me to just pick up in store as it was a time sensitive present. All she could relay was that the item was “processing”. I asked her what that meant because i was just looking for an update. She gave no useful information and got upset that i didn’t know what processing meant for them. I had to pretty much pry a response out of her and still to no avail. I got my package the next day but somehow they couldn’t tell me the item shipped or where it was? The customer service for such a well respected company was uninformed, unhelpful, and unprofessional in attitude. Disappointing and completely disillusioning of the whole brand name. People build companies.

On Thursday 28th January 2021 I bought a Baccarat Barista Facet 8 Double Wall Late Glasses 236ml Set of 4 for $39.73 so I can serve different types of coffee into these glasses for when my family and friends come over. This is for when I move into my own unit in March 2021. The staff were kind to me and the service was amazing.
