My bf ordered a coat on the 16th December, and still nothing has been received. Emailed and even a case opened but no response and we are now on 9th January!
Communication is shocking.

Purchased a jacket that was dispatched on the 15th Dec 24 and still not received it and communication has been very poor can’t recommend these guys. Perhaps a negative review on here will prompt a response as not been contacted as informed. Said they would respond on the 3rd of January still heard nought.

I’ve been searching for camouflage clothing for my grandson, without success. Looked again another day and this company came up - great choice, sizing spot on and arrived quickly.

I ordered pair of boots month ago through kalarna which I didn’t receive yet I asked to cancel my order no reply I tried to contact but no response but still trying to get my money I never order anything thing from this rubbish company

We ordered brown combat boots on 5th November. Unfortunately they were the wrong boots for our daughter - order no #12822
We returned these on 16th November unworn with tags in original box by 48hr tracked delivery - 0212-74AB-011A-838D. These were delivered on 18th November but we haven't received a refund.
We emailed on 1st December chasing this and received a reply on 2nd requesting tracking number which we provided.

We have since emailed again chasing but have received no reply and there is no telephone number.

Awful communication and disappointing we have not received a refund when the website states this is processed within 30 days.

Great company, well made boots at a reasonable price. I bought for a friend and they said brilliant footwear

Bought a camoflage back pack for my grandson, first day using it one strap came off, he is 10 years old so not pulled off by strength. I contacted company saying I wasn't very happy for 30 odd pounds you would expect better quality. They offered to send me label to return it but grandson was upset as he was going away over night and wanted to take it.
So it hasn't been sent back but if anything else happens to it the bag will be returned.

Order never arrived they said they will send a replacement. One moth in and still nothing. I had to ask for a refund I have been waiting almost two months

A fast and efficient service at reasonable prices.

Have given up with this company now. Customer service is none existent. No doubt they will reply to this review with a request to email them. I’ve done this four times now but they just don’t reply. Absolutely useless. Avoid them

Absolute rubbish, hate leaving bad reviews but the experience and comunication was rubbish.
Order 2 pairs of trousers and was quoted a shipping charge for both.
They charged for both but only sent 1! No explanation!
After emailing a concern I was told they couldn't find them. They then refunded 1 pair but none of the delivery charge...making 1 pair quite expensive. Several times they said they would email back but didn't and I always had to chase. Poor service, poor communication and very dismissive.

Returned my item, received no refund. Contacted them about this and ive been ignored

Excellent jacket - Can’t go wrong with Jack Pyke to be honest. Fits well, sleeve length is good, which I always struggle with, great overall length, you won’t be disappointed.

Took a while to find the helmets I was looking for of a particular style. Then I found them on Back Alley.
Even better than I had imagined greatly surprised and delighted with the quality and finish . 100% happy

My boyfriend recently ordered from here, it took them two weeks to actually dispatch the item when it said 3-5 working days. We tried emailing multiple times before they finally replied, once order arrived an item was missing. They said they would refund an overall discount to which he still hasn’t received if he took his bad review down on here (ironic) I would not recommend to use this company, customer service is poor and by the looks of more recent reviews a lot of people feel the same.

Edited after reply- I have ordered twice from this company, stupidly I ordered the second item (same item as the first just a bigger size) before getting my refund as it was a gift and needed it quickly. They have not refunded me. It’s been 8 days since you ‘processed it’ and it’s not with my bank, as confirmed by Barclays today. Case opened against this company today 26/11/24

I purchased trousers from this store that were too small, I sent them back promptly receiving no refund. I chased this as I had proof or delivery and signature. James has assured me on two separate occasions with ‘proof’ that this has been refunded but I still haven’t received my money. The first time he said it’s been refunded he said it would take 72 hours, that was 8 days ago. Case raised with the bank today. Won’t be ordering again from this company.
