Lovely bed. Very good service.

After extensive searching through companies overpromising, invisible to phone calls and frankly unconvincing, I came across Back Care Beds. What a breath of fresh air. Luke was my main contact and he was brilliant. He explained everything and put together my order which was highly competitive with the cowboys and other more competent suppliers. I couldn't believe I could have it installed in a couple of weeks. Some other companies were quoting 8 weeks or more. Michael, delivered, installed and demonstrated the bed within 2 weeks of ordering building on top of the great customer service already shown by Luke.
Six or so weeks on from installation I can confirm that the bed is very comfortable, practice and excellent quality.
This company is a real Gem in the midst of a field of very poor alternatives.

You made a really horrid time with having to order what seems to be an endless list of medical assisted products along side a stream of medical people dictating to us what we need seamless when it came to sorting beds for my mother and father in law, and for that, we can’t thank you enough.
What you advised was exactly what we needed, delivery was 1st class, and the beds were super easy to install, not to mention they are extremely comfortable (considering getting one for us!)

Apart from the bed being great, the form for the vat was the easiest and uncomplicated. Luke phone me to ensure that the order was corect. Luke then phoned me to let me know that because of a shortage of a driver they couldn't deliver it on the day originally arranged, but could deliver 2 days later and would include assembly free of charge. Excellent service and not hesitate to recommend. Well done.

Had some questions at the start and spoke to a real person.
On delivery all the bed items were laid out for easy assembly. With a quick run through in addition to the supplied guide.
So overall super happy.

Personal, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Good communication letting me know what is happening and when. Delivery was earlier than expected and on the date and at the expected time. Call on the day of delivery for updates. Mike installed the bed for me. 12 out of 10 for him. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and precise. My experience was made great because all the others i contacted were rubbish, the owner contacted me to check on my reason for buying 2 new motor assemblies , he is a gentleman and was interested in the fault on the old bed motors.
When i told him how much i was quoted basically for the same 2 motors and housing, he nearly had a fit, over a thousand pound.
He and his company deserve a 10 star review.
Top notch company and will buy my next bed from him without a doubt.
do not go anywhere else for quality beds and if required, motors.

After placing the order on Amazon, I received a telephone call from one of the sales team. He explained the price quoted on Amazon did not include VAT. But VAT is not payable for customers with certain medical conditions. Perhaps a note on Amazon to this effect may be helpful. He was very obliging regarding delivery dates. The driver who delivered and assembled the bed was very friendly and helpfully explained the use of the bed.

Couldn't have been more helpful. Delighted with the bed and Mike who installed was prompt, efficient and very friendly. All in all a 5* service.

It was a pleasure to purchase from this company. Their knowledge of their product and the advice they gave were superb. The delivery after order was very quick. I was kept informed constantly on the day of delivery and they kept to their estimated time. The delivery driver was cheerful and efficiently constructed my bed.
