The bed arrived 2 weeks earlier there was no instructions with it but I was informed that I could get them on the internet. However after unpacking it it was easy to put together and I needed no help. The only time I needed help was to lift the frame onto the base.
I purchased the bed because I have breathing problems which means I need to be propped up to sleep. I have also noticed that after only one night of use, my feet and legs are not swollen Great product. Thank you

What made our experience great was the wonderful installer that came and constructed our bed and gave us a tutorial on how to use the controls. He was fabulous, and we appreciated him taking the time to tell us how the bed works, as we have never had an adjustable bed before, and there was a lot to learn, including how to raise the mattress up to put on fitted sheets. He deserves installer of the year award.

Our bed was built and installed by a backcarebeds employee. Very efficient and lovely chappie, even explained easier way to make the beds.

From visiting the shop in Portsmouth to delivery and assembly couldn't ask for better service, 2 man Mike was amazing arrived on time, had best nights sleep for a long time, highly recommended

Excellent service, both from Luke in the office I spoke with to the gentleman who came to deliver and assemble the bed for me. Very clear explanations; very helpful--and the bed is SUPER! I have various back-related problems and now have no difficulty sleeping. The mattress is extremely comfortable and the bed frame is very sturdy. I recommend the company highly!

In my experience, this is an outstanding company whose products are matched by excellent customer service. We bought two adjustable beds from them recently. The quality is first class and the mattresses are among the most comfortable we have known in many years. The beds are quite heavy and not that easy to move. But that is because of the adjustable mechanism involved. It is the same with all adjustable beds. The massage facility is fantastic, and used just before falling asleep, has cured my aching back! I no longer need to take paracetamol for pain control at bedtime! Luke and John were exemplary in sales and after sales care. Pricing is so much better than their competitors. All in all, we are not only satisfied customers, but delighted to have found such an honest and approachable company whose products are of such high quality.

This company has customer service second to none. From ordering to delivery they are pleasure to buy from.
They respond quickly to enquiries, help you to build your perfect bed, keep you informed and let you know what time, approximately, they will be arriving. Mike took down a super king bed of ours, moved it out of the house and got the new bed in, in a phenomenally short time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this truly 5* company to anyone.

I didn't purchase a bed but I did purchase a bed 'pull - handle' which helps with movement in bed and when getting to a sit up position to enable you to rise.

The handle is very good, strong/sturdy. Along with that the staff were very helpful in explaining how to fit the handle to the slatted section of the bed. Their instructions were 'spot-on' for that THANK YOU.

Oh, yes my sister said 'I wonder how a managed without it ( the 'pull-handle')'

Just great customer support and great quality products very helpful and a fast response to my problem and my bed was back to brand new again.

Great company, great service. The chap that came to install the bed was very friendly and professional.

Easy to negotiate web site. Ordering was another easy process. I was kept informed with regard to delivery date and time. All of which was confirmed as stated when ordering.
In addition ‘Two man Mike’ text the day before delivery to confirm. He arrived on time and made an excellent job of installing my bed. Mike was very pleasant and personable, a credit to the company.
