Should have written sooner, but we keep sleeping in!!
It's not often we leave reviews but when we experienced first class service from a very dedicated, experienced & professional team we just had to express our thanks & gratitude. It was very refreshing to be dealing with owners of their company who treated you like a person & understood the difficulties that we were facing with regards to not sleeping comfortably & sound due to many health related illnesses & issues.
A proper old fashioned well run company who know how to treat their customers & will make sure you are completely happy with the service & products provided.
Other companies should take a leaf out of Back Care beds book on how things should be done.

Great customer service from start to finish. Delivery drivers were polite and informative and installation of the bed was second to none. Highly recommend.

From the first an excellent experience. Luke and his Dad were delightful and informative. The bed and mattresses were delivered quickly by Mike who took the time after installation to explain some excellent pointers about care. He was awesome, was the word to describe him. This is the best bed I’ve ever had. I have chronic pain problems and was waking up during the night screaming. Since I’ve had this bed not once has this happened.
The service I’ve received couldn’t have been better, no sales pressure in anyway. I studied a lot of other companies and found Back care beds has the best prices too.

Able to track where my order was and the time I would receive it. Driver very friendly and helpful and a problem with a zip on the cover of the mattress resolved no quibble.

Perfect from start to finish customer care & product having purchased an electric bed for my elderly mother, which was needed quiclky. Service was amazing allround from advice on products,ordering, delivery, building on arrival, demonstration on how to use/clean and taking away packaging.

I have sat on bed and test reclining actions really comfy, very nicely build and design.

Needed a replacement motor for my adjustable bed and they seemed to be a very good price for a genuine replacement.
Ordered it late afternoon Monday, arrived early Wednesday, fitted later that day.
Can't fault the quality or service. A1.

The bed is perfect. For an elderly couple, one likes to lie flat and the other has to be sat up at night. They have said how comfortable the bed is as the gentleman broke his hip and can position the bottom of the bed to make him comfortable and pain free.
Well recommended.

nothing to fault at the moment easy to put together seems to fit better than Ikea ,solid,very easy to understand instruction book ,motors are close to silent ,delivery was great (very nice bloke put it where we asked ) on time rang up when he was on his way.
have not slept in it as it was assembled today the only thing i can moan about is the weight but thats a good thing its not going to fall apart any time soon it will take two to put together very good bit of kit will be telling my friends about it

Back care Beds have been excellent. They've kept me updated re delivery etc. throughout and the man that put the bed together was amain - very friendly and efficient. All the packaging was taken away and my flat was left tidy. Thank you.

Where do I start! Well first of all Thankyou to all the team at back care beds your truly amazing.my bed is amazing and beautiful. Secondly Thankyou Luke you deserve all the credit in the world for being so so good and caring to the very last detail. Also Mike you’re my favorite person in the world 🙂 you actually made my day better. I can say I had a full 10hr interrupted sleep wooooooo! 💤🙂👍🏻. So worth the money and investment that has to be the best night I’ve had over the last 4 years. So here goes again Thankyou so so much you all deserve credit for making someone’s life that little bit better. ❤️🙂

We can not find any faults dealing with this company excellent service from start to finish, Luke at Head office made our transaction simple and uncomplicated ,the process of keeping us informed at every stage of the transaction was excellent.
