Really great customer service .. would possibly say one of the best I’ve ever had. The guys could not have been more helpful and were really knowledgable… and the bed is so comfortable

When I asked a question on line they answered straight away. Told me their unit would fit my old one. The item arrived in the morning of the second day after ordering. Then I took the bed motor upstairs to my ailing Dreams back care bed. 20 mins later (15 mins to move mattress across, disconect beds from each other and stand it up.) I had replaced the failed motor and put the bed back down. You would not believe it would fit so well after all this time. Now it works like a dream. I would recomend this company

Exceptionally helpful staff and right on time for the delivery, even helped me assemble the motor drive onto the bed as it was the most time consuming part of the assemble

Good everything, can actually talk to someone

Our bed was delivered 2 weeks ago and I cannot praise it enough. From the initial ordering of the bed to the delivery and installation we received the very best customer care. The ability to raise the head/leg part is life-changing as I suffer with Arthritis in my knees and hips. I can honestly say that my quality of sleep has improved immensely. Thank you so much Back care Beds.

From considering to order the new bed mechanisms to them being delivered and set up was so professionally and helpful. John helped us choose the correct mechanisms and Mike who delivered them was so helpful in swapping our old mechanisms and getting then down to our garage and then so proffesinally in installing the new mechanisms and setting them up. The new ones are fantastic, so smooth in operation and so quite. We were so glad we found backcarebeds on the internet and decided to trust them and go ahead with ordering them.

EXCELLENT, good pre-sale service, delivered on time and well packaged by a brilliant driver. Well designed, easy to assemble but heavy, however I am 70 and have arthritis but still but still assembled a double bed (they do offer an installation service if you want it). Naturally all products come with a good guarantee.
What more can I say, highly recommended..

Arrived when they said. Lovely chap Mike installed it quickly and explained everything. The superking size in wine looks lovely comfy mattress and silent motor all round a very happy customer.

Very well made, comfortable and sturdy. Controls easy to use. Luxury mattress cover perfect. 100% pat on the back.

From start to finish I couldn’t have recommended a better company to deal with. The sales person I spoke to but the customer first and listened to my needs without bushing for a bigger sale. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so professional. They kept me up to date when the bed would be delivered. The driver even rang me to give me a delivery time he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and met my expectations. I can not recommend this company enough

Ordered the bed from Back Care Beds as a last resort. We have spent so much money on various expensive mattresses to try and alleviate back pain.
The bed came spot on time, the lads carried it upstairs. I was advised by the company to save myself £80 and assemble the bed myself which I did in about 2 hours. The bed has been a God send to my wife and myself, my back pain has disappeared after 4 nights.

Smooth ordering and delivery process, with excellent communication. I opted to assemble the bed myself, but Mike, the delivery chap, was very helpful by pointing out some tricks to make assembly easier.

As it was, the bed went together very easily. Only had one night on it so far, but can't fault it for comfort.
