Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. The bed is absolutely wonderful. I suffer with arthritis in both knees and lymphoedema in both legs. I got the twin adjustable bed and firm mattress my legs have been reduced and the pain in my knees have eased. I now sleep on my back with the head rise up and the leg’s raised. I am sleeping so much better. I would recommend this company they are cheaper and more reliable than the high street ones.

Delivered promptly and with care
Delivered promptly and with care, the delivery driver carried everything to the bedroom and went through how to assemble it.
He fixed the motor to the bed for us and made sure we knew how to assemble the rest.

Really pleased with the electric single…
Really pleased with the electric single bed bought for my elderly mother. Its really well constructed, easy to put together and looks nice when finished. Its also a perfect height for shorter elderly people.
It was delivered by a very friendly chap who took time to explain to me the best way to assemble the bed. Following the very well produced drawings in the manual along with the advice provided made assembly a breeze.
