After promising to deliver in 1-2 days, I followed up after 7 days and got a response from Backdrop source saying we had some network issues and it got delayed. Some minutes we were unable to fulfil your order on time, and issued a refund. I was not informed of the delay nor were they ready to help after keeping my order for so long. What a service!!!!

Awful customer service. Was due a small credit on a purchase but Operations Manager refused to send refund and emails were extremely rude.

We needed a tension stretch background at short notice for a trade show. Our usual trade show stand set-up was being used at another show in Europe and we needed something light that our sales team could hand carry to the US for a show. Backdropsource UK were quick, efficient and the finished quality was excellent.

Print a little dark but just about ok. I asked directly where they were based and they said derby (uk), but timings suggested otherwise. I stated it was required for the date they confirmed before I ordered but they then sent me an invoice for a rush order. I told them I wasn’t paying a rush to get it for the date THEY proposed so they finally cancelled surcharge invoice, so watch out for that.
When despatched, I could see it came from China so they were not truthful about location. If you don’t mind being lied to and quality isn’t critical, price was ok

Delivery was late and even though i specifically stated we needed it by specific date which was 7 working days after ordering amd they assured it would be delivered by then.
They did not let me know in advancd they were going to be late, they only notified of the late package after i inquired, on the day it was supposed to arrive.

From the first enquiry through to the backdrop arriving and our first use of it, the process was so easy and the staff were extremely helpful and patient. They communicated regularly and were great when we made lots of changes as we went along.
The product itself is absolutely superb. Easy to assemble on my own and light enough for it to be very portable. The design and quality of the product is also amazing. Cannot fault them in any way!
