Backdropsource is an awesome company with incredible service from start to finish. This was our first time using them for a huge custom framed fabric sign for our middle school campus. From the very start of the ordering process, I was impressed. Then our sign arrived so quickly and way before we asked for it. It was packaged so carefully, comes with a nice carry case, and was a simple and quick installation. We love it! It is beautiful and high quality. We can't wait to purchase our next sign. I am a fan!

Everything about the experience was fast and easy! We haven't needed a new backdrop or tablecloth in a very long time, but when we realized it was due for a refresh, it was crunch time! The turn around time was about a week and they got it all to me in less time. Highly impressed in the quality as well - much better than our last set. Will absolutely reuse if we redesign again!

Ordered a 20 x 20 booth kit and flags, they were quick to get printed and shipped. They also worked endlessly with us and the artwork to get it how we wanted. We appreciated the time and the patience as well as the quick turn around time. Everything printed out great and looks amazing.

Great communication, a little overly communicative but hey I'd rather hear from them rather than not. Designers really helped my vision come to life. Got the product VERY fast. It is higher quality for being just metal brackets and pull over fabric. Fabric is thick and the printing on it looks amazing!

Amazing quality and fast shipping! The custom kids backdrop and aluminum frame look fantastic, and the colors are vibrant and professional. The frame was easy to assemble, and the entire setup exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from Backdrop Source again. Highly recommended!

FAILED DELIVERY WITH NO SUPPORT. I ordered a backdrop that was not delivered to the correct location. UPS had no proof of delivery that was substantial. It took me a week to get someone on the phone that would call me back. All email correspondence with the support team were unhelpful. They refused a refund but resent the item to the same address despite a confirmed communication through email to change the delivery address to avoid the same issue. SAME ISSUE HAPPENED AGAIN... Honestly if they had a support team as robust as their sales team that calls as soon as you submit your info, maybe I wouldve gotten the item I paid for.

The counters and display banners we ordered looked great and were relatively easy to assemble. It was a rush order, and we received everything several days before our deadline, which was great.

We were honestly expecting the usual compromise that comes with portable exhibition setups — difficult installation, weak structure, or average print quality. But the setup from Backdrop Source
turned out much better than expected.

The entire DIY tension fabric media wall was easy to assemble, lightweight to handle, and looked premium once installed. Print quality was sharp, colors came out accurate, and the fabric finish gave the stall a clean professional appearance at the exhibition. Even the structure felt stable and well-engineered for repeated use.

What stood out most was the balance between portability and visual impact. For a 3m x 3m exhibition booth, it created a strong brand presence without needing heavy fabrication work.
