They are always so helpful. Since I had sciatica in 2022, at age 31, I've realised that I need to invest more in my health. If you visit the store they will offer a lot of advice and never put pressure to buy anything. Only recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent product information and advice in store and importantly the dining chairs that I was considering buying were available to view in the Bristol store. Customer service was exceptional in dealing and rectifying an after sales issue that was due to the manufacturer not Back in Action.
I Would definitely recommend Back in Action and buy from them again in the future.

MBT sandals delivered as promised, albeit a day late. I've had MBT shoes from the same source and like them given my dodgy knees (trimmed cartilages).

I found the customer service was great. Especially good to be able to 'phone and speak tp a person when I had a query.
Returns process was OK but could be made easier for the customer. I received my refund in a timely way.

I met with Fiona from Back in Action
I met with Fiona from Back in Action, when I was suffering with terrible back ache in march, I went to the shop in Bristol, which is a lovely shop and very well laid out, it is a very welcoming shop, and Fiona is so very lovely and welcoming, she had me try all different chairs and listened to the issues I was having, we tried different set ups, and found a chair that would help me rock whilst working, this has been a god send of a chair and has helped massively with my back!
