The Mobiliser - I wish I had bought it years ago!
I have been using the Mobiliser now pretty much twice daily for 4 months. I really notice how much more mobile I feel - knots in my back and shoulder muscles that have been "old friends" are now largely gone or very much reduced.
I wish I had bought it years ago!

Lovely experience. I received a call the day after regarding my order. It was to inquire about my shipping preferences - and also to clarify that the chair needed some minor assembling. I didn't realize this - and was a bit weary. They were able to ship the chair fully assembled! It was such great customer service! Highly recommended and trusted.

The back in action team are truly brilliant. The mobiliser has made such a difference to my 10year+ chronic back pain. I had tried everything, physios, consultants etc.. and the mobiliser has been the only thing to have a lasting effect!
I can sit still and watch a film it's life changing. I'd really encourage you to hire one for a few months and give it a go.
I also have the standing pad for working at my desk which has also helped my back pain and means my legs aren't as tired.
Honestly, if you have had back pain it's worth a shot especially when you've tried everything else and nothing is working.

Great product to help controlled spinal movement. I’m a fan because some people with pinched nerves will have issues using a foam roller. This machine gives you the ability to foam roll your whole back side while laying down.

Got a Clearance Deal
Ordered two items. The first one was delivered without any issues. The second got a bit more complicated but after a bit of an initial hiccup but in the end the team worked very closely with me to get everything sorted and to have the chair we ordered get to us. Four stars only because the price for the delivery made it a bit less of a clearance deal as we thought. However, the chair is absolutely amazing.

We love our standing desk
We cannot recommend back in action enough for their knowledgeable advice. We are a small architecture practice in Bristol with a range of staff needs for each of our specific workstations. We have been a customer since 2014, and Fiona spent a few hours with us again recently to thoroughly re-assess our individual desk and chair set ups and to recommend a few adjustments where necessary. It is so important to sit and/or stand in a healthy and sustainable manner, especially because this is what we all do eight hours a day. Fiona did a fantastic job sourcing some additional back care chairs within our budget as well as a new adjustable standing desk that we find very beneficial to use.

Outstanding customer service after initial setback.
EDIT: I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars after outstanding customer service from Megan and David after I had an initial difficult experience with assembly, and took my frustration out on Tripadviser. Sorry! At the moment, if I could rate the chair and service separately it would be 3 star for the chair and 5 for customer service. I have never been called before for post sale customer service in my life, and I think that says how great this business is.
FYI My desk height is 75cm, and I am 178cm. I checked and my previous chair was 52cm high compared to the 50cm Variable - not a big difference but I noticed it after a full day. The desk depth is only 45cm which is on the thinner side, hence the issue with the monitor when leaning forward. Most people probably won't have this issue.
I will leave initial comments below so that other uses can see my experience and the very mature and professional response from the Back in Action team to resolve the issues.

The staff were helpful and answered questions, gave plenty of time but they weren't really honest about what buying a kneeling chair might mean for my current setup. I said I was WFH 40 hour weeks with existing desk and setup. I use big monitors and do CAD work so need careful control of the mouse.
When I eventually built the Varier Variable Plus seat after stripping a screw (no spares for a £550 product - very poor. Bolts are not expensive just put an extra of each piece in just in case) I found it is much lower than my existing chair and so I am getting very tight and sore traps and shoulders because my elbows are too high at the desk. I have no way to adjust this except putting something under the chair which is another faff and will look awful. The kneeling action also pushes the head closer to the monitors so if you have a thin desk it is hard to use the different monitors and causes eye strain.
So... back pain reduced but caused more problems elsewhere. Build quality and assembly quite poor for this price point - I would expect a smooth thought out process but several steps in the instructions were difficult to understand and carry out, and required additional tools (hammer and knife).

I am sure your concerns re the chair mis-matching your desk height are valid. It seems we need to help you select a different chair.
As for how and why the mismatch occured I've already carried out an audit and i would like to reassure you there was no dishonesty. Nonone here is on commisssion, so that we can do our absolute best to find the right solution. The person you saw is so concientious and prides herself on quality and honesty and if something is missed we stand by responsibility to correct anything thats been missed.
I understand we evaluated you against a desk height of 73cm. Seems likely that was wrong. We always like to learn and your experience reminds us to ensure we test a chair against a measured desk height. We will call you to get that figure and then let's reassess and get it right next time.
Meantime, it was sad that bolts did not fit and that must have been annoying to say the least. Actually, as the imprter we do know that occurrence is very rare, such that the manufacturer belives spare bolts would be an environmental load, but of course we will feed back to the manufacturer. We've sourced new bolts that will be sent today.
