I bought my Mac computer, my iPhone and my Android phone from BackMarket.
They are amazing. They offer 30 day returns and have a built in 1 year warranty at no extra charge and usually the refurbished devices are better than the new ones and they have all the bugs worked out.
I will never buy new devices again! Oh and can't beat the prices.

I appreciated the price, quality, and how easy the process was. I had plenty of options to choose from for the phone I wanted with good quality and prices. I also like the option to have an extended warranty.

There were some issues with the iPhone 15plus I bought, however, the customer service people got right on it and resolved my issue. Thank you for your great service and living up to what you say!

Needed a refurbished iphone and Back Market had great reviews. Phone was described as is - in excellent condition! Incredibly quick shipping, emails every step of the way, instructions with how to set up phone. Ive been using my phone for about a month now and it’s great/no problems. Would recommend!

Got a great phone and a very reasonable price. It was undistinguishable from a brand new phone.

I recently sent my macbook pro to them to sell it. After being told, it was still connected to a Google account. And there was no way for me to disconnected from that account. It was sent back to me or so I thought what I received was not my MacBook. That I sent them the one I sent them was space Gray. The one I received was black.
What I sent them was brand new. What they've returned to me was used. The charting block empower cable was completely different and dirty.

Very good phone love how it has very little scratches on it. The phone looks and feels brand new like it’s straight out the box. The only problem I have with the phone is that the volume is very low on it. But everything can’t be perfect but it’s good enough for now. And I will be getting an upgrade from here again

Very truthful. Product works great. Exactly as described. Shipping was fast. And you can opt for extra warranty that is not that expensive. Gives you a bit more piece of mind.

I ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 (around $1,694) Order: 71960365 and it was delayed and didn't arrive when expected, so I reported it as not delivered. It later turned up at my neighbor's, so I now have the laptop. I never received any refund or replacement for it.
The issue is that reporting it missing seems to have gotten my account closed, and now I can't reach anyone to do the one thing I want to do: return it within the 30-day window. The order-confirmation inbox is unmonitored and I've had no real response through other channels.
I'm not asking for anything unusual. I have the item, I haven't been refunded, and I just want a return label so I can send it back. Being locked out of support over a delivery mix-up that resolved itself is frustrating. I'd update this review if someone actually helps me return the order

Extremely satisfied with the tall form Frigidaire, 12k btu air conditioner I purchased. The price was unbeatable and correspondence with the warehouse was exactly as described. It fit perfectly in my narrow window and blows ice cold air. The unit arrived early and was well protected in the shipped package. I have never received my payment for my iPhone trade in. That was due within 6 business days. Should have received it by May 29th… it is now May 23rd.
