I will most definitely do business with Back Market again because

I will most definitely do business with Back Market again, because their prices are very good relative to what you get, and because this iPhone 15 Pro although refurbished with a new non-Apple battery works perfectly and looks great. The email updates about time of arrival et cetera as well as the email instructions about how to transfer from my old phone to this newer one were very helpful too.

Beware

Beware, I ordered a phone. Refused delivery. (So never even took possession of the item) and they claimed I broke the camera before I returned it. refused to refund.

Trustful app

"I bought a MacBook Pro, and within a week it stopped working; it just shut down and never turned on again. I reported the problem, but since I was in Spain, they couldn't provide a solution. It took them a week just to tell me that I either had to return to the United States to get it repaired or that they would refund my money. They couldn't fix the computer, so they refunded the money—nothing else. I spent almost 20 days without a computer.

Then, I bought another one. This computer was more expensive and better, so I thought it would work. However, it immediately started overheating when used, and the battery life was extremely short. On the company’s website, they explain that all computers are verified by professionals to ensure they work properly, etc... In this case, I don't think they verified the proper functioning of this computer at all, so I had to return it yet again.

What I mean to say is that this can happen once, but twice? And they don't take any kind of responsibility or offer a discount on the next purchase, etc... I don't think it's fair. I would never think of recommending anyone to buy from Back Market.

Phone is overall giving really solid…

Phone is overall giving really solid performance, ordered excellent and I can hardly tell this phone was used. Only downside I personally had is more of an issues with this model of phone being the power efficiency issues, but overall solid phone.

Black Market- very reliable and trust worthy

This is our third phone from Back Market. One we gifted three years ago and it’s still going strong. The second purchase is two years old and no problems. The newest we got about two weeks ago. It looks like new, and works really well. We’ve been very happy with Back Market. Great to work with and very responsive if there should be any problems.

Great value for the money

I ordered a replacement Airpods Pro case at at a great deal (especially for an Apple product). It came with very simple set up instructions. The item itself was in fact in excellent condition. There was no visible sign of wear an tear.

Two devices in -- and I remain a big fan.

I've now purchased two products from Back Market, and both times I've been impressed with the quality of the devices ---- each time they've "undersold" the quality on their "good", "fair," etc scale. I'd be fine with a scratch or other defect, and so far, I haven't seen one. I've only received perfectly functioning devices that cost a fraction of their original price, and yet perform exactly as needed. I'm only a week or so away from my third purchase.

Bad company

Bad company. Despite guarantee sent us iPhone w low battery life. Returned it. They refunded $21 less than we paid. There's no answer on their "customer service" line. Nothing on their site about the charge. Chat bot sends you into chat bot hell. Live and learn. Do not buy from them.

Not trustworthy

We bought a Galaxy A35 Unlocked three weeks ago and got a phone locked to t-mobile only. Returned it for a replacement, they did not hornor the order and refunded me insted, since the the exact product is now listed at a higher price. The product is still listed and available but no replacement. Will have to make a complain on BBB?

I used a forward shipping company to…

I received an iPhone 13 (256GB) through an international freight forwarding service, and upon opening it, the battery health is at 74%. This is a direct violation of Back Market’s strict quality charter rule, which guarantees an 80% minimum battery health for all standard devices. The seller openly shipped a defective, degraded battery. Because I am located internationally in Kenya, a standard mail-in return is impossible. I need a customer care manager to look up my device's Serial/IMEI number and force the seller to issue a partial refund to cover a local battery replacement.
