Horrible Customer Support
I bought an Apple watch and within the warranty time it entered in a Boot Loop. So I started a repair order and sent the device off to be repaired. However I have not heard from anyone or gotten any updates ever since. After contacting Back Market about this I am only answered by a Bot and nothing has happend since. I am still waiting for a reply from customer support.
Honestly dont buy from BackMarket. It seems like after you have bought from them they dont care about you any more. You're better off shopping somewhere else.
