The absolute worse experience
I normally buy at Reburbed but I wanted to give Backmarket a try and I regret it deeply.
The computer was described as professionally refurbished. But it arrived with scratches all over, marks of what looked like coffee and some dirt on the keyboard. And the customer service ignores you unless you escalate. Never again. I will buy either new devices or stick with Refurbed.

I bought an iphone from Back Market (this was the second time I used their service) on 17 March 2026 as a gift for my son. The order was confirmed and delivery was to happen by 19 March. No delivery on 19 March, and I was informed that it will be delivered on 20 March; end of the day came and went, and again I was informed that delivery would occur on 21 March; no delivery. I was then informed that delivery would happen today, 23 March - but on checking the tracking of the package with UPS, I can see that there has been absolutely NO movement in updates as to progress of delivery. So, again no delivery today. I asked for my money back, but am getting no feedback from Back Market. This is very disappointing, and not at all what I expected from my second purchase with Back Market

Bought a refurbished phone and added the warranty for a year
Bought a refurbished phone and added the EVy warranty offered by Back Market. The screen detached on its own over time — no drops, no damage. When I filed a claim, Back Market said EVy should cover it. EVy said Back Market should. I've been going back and forth for over a month with no resolution. Neither company takes responsibility. The warranty sold alongside the product appears to be meaningless in practice. Still unresolved. I am now since a month without a phone.
