I have bought one iPhone and MacBook through them successfully. However, with my last buy, the sold me an iPhone frome Mainland China, which is not eSim compatible. The phone was advertised to me as having dual Sim function and thats why I bought it. The quality checks were not in place, leaving me with a non-functioning phone. I’m in touch with customer service.

I waited a week extra for my phone on top of that it was faulty and the refund/repair process is very disappointing as a client I had to follow up on multiple occasions to hear back and what was happening.

It is impossible to insert bank details into your system.
I have tried with 2 bank accounts for weeks and always get the message from you that you are "glitching".
Why don't you just pay the price for my sale to you, of my old iPhone, into my credit card??

Except the cable, I received an original iphone. I ordered the premium status.

Complete nightmare: Sent to wrong country, wrong item, zero support.
My experience with Back Market has been absolutely shocking from start to finish.
1. Delivery Failure: I ordered an iPhone 16e to France. DHL delivered it to Belgium.
2. Wrong Item: When I finally received the package, the seller had sent an iPhone 14 instead of the iPhone 16e I paid for.
3. Appalling Customer Service: I have had to deal with over 10 different customer support agents who clearly do not read the chat history. Responses take over 24 hours every single time.
4. Stalling Tactics: The seller has had the returned phone back for over 48 hours, but they are delaying my refund by making up impossible excuses—claiming my iCloud is locked to a device I never even took out of the box or turned on.
Save yourself the stress and buy your tech somewhere else. Back Market’s platform is completely disorganized and provides zero customer protection when things go wrong.

PS5 in perfect condition, works well and shipped quickly. Only thing stopping it from reaching 5 stars is the controller. Controller is not in perfect condition, more like bon état.

For a phone, it's OK. But for a PC, this is another story. Last buy: a Thinkpad "in very good shape". Every time I bought a PC on backmarket, the SSD had very bad SMART statistics and I needed to replace the SSD. This time, a RAM connector was dead and the "very good shape" was not exactly the reality. A lot of traces on the PC. The battery was not able to keep the load while turned off ... I changed the battery and ... same problem. So, some kind of electrical leak somewhere.
