Local shop, friendly family service. Ordered two Surfanic roller travel bags, even when I changed my mind on the colour, nothing was too much trouble and they arrived within a week. Definitely recommend this shop for all travel needs.

A beautiful bag shop with brilliant and knowledgeable sales woman. She was very helpful and charming making the whole decision making process seem like a joyful experience. This shop has been there for 47 years so it felt wonderful to support a local independent shop.

For a local shop, Bagcraft was a revelation. There was a very good selection of luggage, including the Samsonite bag I was looking for. The lady who served me was pleasant and obviously knowledgeable. After discussing and considering my needs, the correct suitcase was proffered, at the right price - matching my online target price with no quibbling. Hard recommend.

Excellent choice of cases by very knowledgeable staff

I recently ordered some luggage from Bagcraft and, although initially it wasn't in stock, they ordered it for me and went to a lot of trouble to get the items I required. They couldn't have been more helpful, even delivering the suitcase to my home.
I would thoroughly recommend this shop and I will certainly take my custom to them again.

I arrived over to my parents' place in Hadleigh and was unable to open my Samsonite case. I gave Bagcraft at Leigh on Sea a call, spoke to Gary who said to bring the case in. I did and Dani helped me to resolve the issue. It tops up that I'm an idiot and there was nothing wrong with the case. Despite no doubt thinking the same, Dani was professional, didn't laugh too loudly and gave me a quick run through of the functionality of the case. Fantastic service and 100% recommended.

Bagcraft know their stuff which really helps when you're buying good quality luggage that you know will last. I totally trust their advice and their prices are comparable to what is available on line. The difference being that at Bagcraft you deal with people and if you have a problem they are there to help. Amazing shop which we are so lucky to have in our town.

Brilliant shop. The range of quality products is very large and varied. The staff are fantastic, they make a visit to the shop a real pleasurable experience. Our enquiries were dealt with by ‘Dannie’ , a fantastic lady salesperson. She is a real asset to the shop.

So glad we shopped here, friendly and personal advice, no pushy sales pitch. We were looking online but took a chance by going local we ended up with a better deal we will definitely be going back to purchase an upgrade to our old luggage.
