The lady in Bagcraft was very helpful and I found exactly the right bag, at a good price. It was so nice to be able to look at the item before buying it rather than trying to work out from a picture online if it’s what I want! I really recommend this shop.

This is a fabulous local gem of a shop. The stock is very varied with some great quality British brands also. The service is friendly and professional and if you need advice they are really helpful.

l received it the following day and used it.

I had an unusual request - I wanted a Rolser bag that was not on the Bagcraft website. I saw the bag I wanted on the Rolser website. The lovely people at Bagcraft kindly enquired about the delivery of the bag I wanted - with the head company in Spain no less. Payment was easy, and Bagcraft had it delivered to my doorstep when they said they would. Such a great experience! And, I totally love the bag!!!

I found the staff in the shop extremely helpful.
I needed a rucksack for work but couldn’t work out the type and size.
I was talked through the entire process and came out with exactly what I needed.
You cannot get this level of service on the internet.

I called in on the off-chance just before 5pm closing time and was greeted in a most friendly and charming way. I was assured that the shop would always stay open for a customer and was shown some beautiful and lovely bags. I have an old vintage Doctor's Gladstone Bag which I use as a brief case. This is now falling apart and I needed a sturdy replacement. I was shown a number of suitable bags and we discussed my general requirements. I was so impressed by the level of customer care & service which must be second to none. This is the first time I have been to "Bagcraft" and came away with just what I needed - a lovely Lombard Bag ideal for all my requirements. This was an exceptional shopping experience which is frequently and sadly missing in this day and age.

I was a first time buyer in this shop and was pleasantly surprised at the range of items they have for sale. I bought a lovely black leather shoulder bag and am really pleased with it. It's of excellent quality and the delightful lady gave a very good service. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Staff are so helpful, wanted a purse for my daughter with dogs on it but couldn’t quite find what I wanted, they showed me a couple online they could order in, one was perfect, ordered, arrived quickly and is good quality - highly recommend

Superb service! As a first time customer it was a delight dealing with a company that provides first class service. The item was despatched the next day from placing the online order. Communication from FedEx was excellent and the item arrived exactly in the timeframe provided. Excellent price too! Will definitely use again and recommend.
