I can't speak highly enough of the service we receive from Bagcraft and the quality of goods they offer. We have been customers for many years and today Gary replaced the lock on a Samsonite suitcase which we purchased from him years ago. The cost was minimal and the suitcase returned to us very quickly. A fantastic and longstanding local Leigh-on-Sea business.

Very pleased with the repairs carried out to my samsonite cases as well as a replacement shoulder strap. The service and knowledge of samsonite cases from Gary was amazing, super helpful and would highly recommend.

Fabulous selection of bags, purses and wallets and at really reasonable prices. It all looks a bit hidden away but Bagcraft on Rectory Grove, Leigh-on-Sea is a treasure trove of all things luggage and bags. Good selection of styles and they do gift vouchers so I'll be dropping hints to my family.

Excellent service from friendly staff. My purchase arrived the next day in perfect condition with a note on the invoice. Great to feel valued as a customer and would highly recommend.

Friendly, informative, professional and a great range of items to look at. We returned to the shop 5 years after purchasing a more durable suitcase for a holiday. The shop still had our original purchase information on file and were able to offer us a new equivalent. The shop truly gave a sales experience which had the customers needs at the forefront of the discussion. We left feeling very satisfied with the purchase and the service we'd received. I highly recommend.

Speedy delivery, well packaged and my bag arrived in perfect condition. The only suggestion is that after placing the order and receiving confirmation and my invoice, at no time was I advised whether my item was actually in stock and so when delivery was likely to be. I had to phone for that info. Perhaps they can review their procedure for the future. Other than that, no complaints.

Exceptional service from Martin when I ordered a bag for work. I knew this bag was sold out everywhere and after placing my order Martin advised me that unfortunately the colour I wanted was out of stock, however he advised me that this would be back in stock in the coming weeks and kept me updated throughout with friendly emails. I will definitely be back again when I need another bag as service like this sadly doesn't happen anymore so I'm so happy to have found Bagcraft!

The owner was incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the rucksack I purchased. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. It was lovely to have such personal service, a rarity in the present time.

Great customer service. Really good quality and selection of bags to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady who served us was delightful. It was so good to go into a shop and see the quality of the item rather than relying with online purchase. Will certainly be back.

One of the wheels of my 10 year old Samsonite case was broken and another was on the way out.
New wheels were sourced and replaced within the week.
