The suitcase arrived safe and sound on the estimated date. The courier was nice and punctual, although it would be nice to know the time of the arrival more in advance in order to be sure that someone is home to take it.

Very poor support
Very poor support. No indication on website that there is no support on weekends and it even says “ALWAYS there to support…”. Once contacted the chat agent s are unable to answer more than one question at a time. Poor pricing and size limits I cannot recommend this company

Ritiro e consegna nelle date indicate. Non si puó sapere l'ora esatta nella quale arriva il corriere ma il servizio è efficiente, rispetta le tempistiche promesse e la valigia è arrivata in perfette condizioni. Inoltre è economico. Raccomandato e sicuramente lo riuseró.
