Suites arrived beaten
Pickup and delivery service was very good. However, the suitcases arrived beaten, there is one that is broken in several places. I'm sorry, but I would not use this service again.

Pick-up in Spain
Pick-up in Spain, delivery in Italy: the service was with UPS. Suitcase up to 25kg, 45€.
I have bought the service on a Sunday with pickup on Monday: at 10:30 in the morning the suitcase was already on its way. Punctual delivery as scheduled (Thursday morning of the same week). No damage to the suitcase.
I will use the service again!

Everything was fine for pickup and delivery to La Maddalena. But there was too much confusion
about date of delivery to Venice:UPS sent a message saying the would deliver on the 16th, but instead they came on the 15th and left the bag even though I was not here. Not at all pleased about this.

Perfect! I have always sent parcels, but this time I needed to send a suitcase. I was desperate because I could not find parcels big enough to fit my suitcase. Fortunately, I found Bagexpress and was able to send the suitcase. The pick-up and the delivery days were respected and the suitcase arrived in excellent condition. Also, the customer service was really helpful (they answered very quickly by email). I will definitely use Bagexpress again!
