delivered on day expected and helpful staff. there should be a 10 year warranty on the item which was not mentioned this time. also delivery process could be a bit easier as have to plan to stay in all day if necessary

Items were great but the colours were different from described, however this was not a problem for me. I had a terrible experience with the delivery. I needed to change the address and the customer service team were very helpful however this info was not correctly passed onto DHL. I had to call up three times to have this changed as the items were still being delivered to the original address. I received my items in the end and my postage was refunded which was good.

Just bought 4suitcases from IT and love the purchase.beautifull colours but haven’t use them yet will review about that later.delivery was good on time

Arrived quickly. Ordered 2 it suitcases extra large as I am moving overseas for 6 months. Can fit everything in them including bedding. The wheels are great and makes the suitcase easy to pull and push.

We visited the Clacton outlet store this weekend, wanting suitcases for our Aus trip, what the manager Richard does not know about suitcases is not worth knowing about! He was the most helpful person you could wish for, spent ages going through the whole ranges for us and explaining the difference between long haul and short haul requirements. We brought two perfect cases for the trip and at very good value for money.

Firstly, I was extremely wary about buy from this site as I honestly thought the price was to good to be true. Buy one get one for £10 seamed to be far too good. However, I went for it anyone as was not disappointed. Deliver was quick- packaging was sturdy and secure and the products themselves where perfect. I cannot fault the service nor the products. Would without a doubt use this site again- very happy customer! Thank you :).

Great service in store but the bag I wanted wasn't in stocks and the shop assistant ordered it in store online for me. She said it would be delivered to my home with no problems. Ha ha... DPD have emailed me twice with delivery details and twice cancelled the delivery. I rang DPD on Friday 19th Jan and the same driver allegedly had "vehicle problems" on both days that my bag was supposed to be delivered. However, on the system it was showing that he was out delivering the evening of the day that he cancelled my delivery slot that afternoon (Friday 19th of January) I was then told that I would have to wait another 2 days for my bag to arrive. DPD are the worst delivery company ever!!! Totally unreliable and they will avoid delivering to my area because it is usually the last stop of the day and they have failed miserably in the past delivering for other companies I use to purchase online with. Do yourselves a favour and use a reliable and professional delivery service!!

I would recommend this company for luggage purchases.
Ordered two suitcases online on offer - buy one get one for £10, which was much better than what was offered in the local Domo store. The offer only applied if you bought a smaller suitcase and I wanted two the same size so was very pleased to see there was no restriction on the website. Postage was reasonable considering the size of the suitcases. They arrived well packaged and there was no damage to the packaging or the suitcases. They were delivered by DPD and they offered choice of delivery day if the one allocated wasn't convenient and a one hour time slot which was great. The driver was very pleasant and efficient.
Pleased with the suitcases, they have a ten year guarantee and are of a good quality with locks included. Overall very pleased and would use this website again. I have previously bought lightweight luggage from the local Domo shop again with very good offers but the offer this time was better purchasing online.
