Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, I cannot praise the staff in the local Spalding store highly enough. We started with an initial online purchase arranged in store, subsequently followed by two calls to the store to order further matching items. At all times they kept us updated with the progress of the order, were polite and helpful whenever we visited the store. First class experience

Perfect deal!

Had a little concern regarding getting our suitcases before we went on holiday,paid for next day delivery,however being over the Xmas period we did not receive them.we contacted bagsetc,had the bags the next day and got reimbursed the postage.

Looking to buy 2 sets of matching luggage

We went to the store at Clarks Village on Sunday to purchase 2 sets of matching luggage. The young male staff member did not want to help us purchase. Dismissing us with “what we’ve got is out” when we enquired about the availability of the matching cabin case.
Fortunately, the older female staff member was far more helpful and suggested she check online and she found what we wanted.
We placed our order online with considerable ease.
Our cases are being delivered within 3 days of ordering. Great service.

It was a very bad experience

It was a very bad experience. I ordered it extra large suitcase but they sent me 2nd hand item. I replaced it i am not happy with the service.
