£25 delivery charge to Northern Ireland. Think that says it all.

Staff both in the shop locally and online have bee very helpful as the purchase I made was wrongly described on line and I had to return a faulty case to the shop and got an immediate refund and when the incorrect one was delivered from the online order and was still wrong the guy named Luke was very helpful offering me several options and I took the one with more money off the product.

not bad but do not like the fact that a better deal was advertised a couple of days later

The luggage I got is different from the picture showed on website. The luggage picture shows that it has the lock on but the real has nothing. I feel very bad and I will not buy or order anything from Bags ECT anymore.

Placed order on the weekend. I was given a delivery date for three days later....which I chose to change to the following day. That was very easy to do and I received text confirmation of the new date.
I was buying a case I'd been considering for some time so was very pleased to take up the offer of a second case for £10.
I haven't yet received the items but certainly so far so good and am very likely to recommend the company.

When the wheel broke on my two year old case I contacted "itluggage"to purchase a new wheel as I could not find my receipt for the guarantee, despite many emails they never responded. I contacted bags etc for help and as an act of goodwill they replaced my case for me, I consider this an act of excellent customer service so 10/10 to them and 0/10 to "it luggage"

Ideal for light luggage use, good for general use on short stays not just for holiday flights. Plenty of room with several useful pockets.

Cases are great. Can be packed inside each other. Just completed a cruise with the cases and they are still perfect. Locks are really useful.

The great customer service I received at bluewater shop was phenomenal. The suite cases are excellent. The delivery was prompt.
