Excellent customer service from the shop at lakeside the lady was very happy to help she explained about the 10 year warranty that i would get in my email that i need to activate which i did, they have very good suitcases at very good prices, very happy staff and the delivery service was excellent within one week very happy customer i would recommend this company 100%.

I order an item from the website and unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address, however the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. I got a phone call 30 mine after calling them to say they would be sending me another without delay. All the staff were so brilliant I would not hesitate ordering from Bagsetc again!! Amazing!!

I was able to track my delivery on the day it was due. This was very convenient. I also used the Black Friday code to play for 1 suitcase and get the cheaper one free. I’m very pleased with my order and the services I received. I’m glad I waited to buy from here. My suitcase also had warenty for 10 years.

First-class customer service: there was a minor fault with a case I purchased and it was replaced speedily and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the cases (2) i had purchased anyway - and very impressed with the quality and durability after a fairly arduous period of travel - that I had determined to return to Bags ETC for further purchases in the future. This impressive level of service just reinforced my intention to do so.

Absolutely recommend this company. I wasn't here when they attempted to deliver on the Friday. I rearranged for the Monday but they came back on the Friday with the item.
