Didn’t have the two cases I wanted in stock in lakeside so the lady ordered them to be delivered to my home address free of charge. They arrived within a couple of days and it saved me from wheeling them around the shops. Very pleased indeed with the service.

Having bought a few bags from Bags ETC over the years without any problems at all. My most recent purchase was a large roller bag, which very quickly developed a small fault in the zip stitching line. I can not praise Nick highly enough for his prompt handling of the problem and immediate dispatch of a replacement and collection of the damaged one.

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service! I purchased two suitcases on line for Christmas gifts and had a minor issue with not being able to secure the selected items as they were out of stock! I was so disappointed I contacted customer services, the response time and personal touch was second to none! Luke was great at keeping me updated and the manager Stella was brilliant! She went above and beyond to not only secure my cases but in the exact colours I requested! Thank you all for fantastic service! I can assure you all my luggage will be purchased from Bags Etc going forward! From a very happy customer!

Amazing Service & Great Cases
I bought 2 medium Ionian Classic suitcases and dragged them all over South America, including the Jungle and they were excellent!!!! Still look like new, after over 10 flights and being thrown onto the top of vehicles & dragged over all types of terrain.
We have bought previous soft cases from bags etc which we still use but thought we would try the hard shell cases for a change.
We did have a problem with one of the soft case handles after about 3 years use
and as Bags etc said it was a manufacturers fault they exchanged the case for a brand new one!!
Amazing service, I would highly recommend them, especially with the 50% offers they have.
