The bean bag was excellent quality, well made and hard wearing.
The price was very competitive, and delivery went exactly as they said it would

Surprised that two boxes arrived,one with the cover that was half filled,the other box containing the rest of the filling.There were no instructions enclosed. The filling bag has to connect with the main covered bag by way of zipper to make the complete fill easier and to minimise mess. Unfortunately,one of the zips had been sewn on the wrong way round,making it impossible to join the bags,so I had to improvise and make a cardboard funnel after a frustrating half an hour of trying to connect the bags and a scattering of polystyrene beans over the floor.

Excellent! I am so so impressed with the quality of these products! I have recommended to family and friends.
I actually purchased one then when it arrived and I saw the quality I just had to have another. I love the fact that the product is full and comfortable. The fact that it wipes clean so easily is my favourite-I have three young children so this definitely was a bonus. Everyone wants to sit on the Beanbags! I may have to buy a third as rock, paper scissors to see who gets them...Still results in tears for someone! The price is the best I could find on the market and the fact that price does not alter the quality at all is amazing. I jave spent more in the past and they haven't lasted, flimsy material, not enough filling. But not these ones from this company! You won't regret buying and I am a tough critic! Excellent customer service, actually, one of the best services I have recieved!! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Delivered on time. Opened the carton box and found the thinnest sack of polystyrene beads with couple of tiny holes from which beads were escaping. It was a very scary experience

Positives: Bean bag is nice and lovely colour, was a Christmas present for my 10 year old,
Negatives: but disappointed as already really flat and going to have to get more beans to top up already and it’s only been used for 1 month!
Would have expected more use from it.

Arrive promptly, good quality and kids very happy with them.

Website was easy to use. I ordered a refill bag for the beanbag I already had. Arrived quickly. Filling was super easy as you just zip the refill onto your existing bag! Super impressed would definitely recommend.
