Really helpful and friendly

Met by polite and courteous staff member, seated and offered refreshments. Then joined by member of staff relating to our interests who proved to be very knowledgeable, helpful and discussed our options resulting in a successful purchase.

Took a number of my mothers jewelery to be valued for probate. They identified items of possible value that were sent to an expert for valuation and reporting. The process was trouble free and very efficient. Staff very friendly and professsional.

Took my watch to be looked at as it was losing time had a full service and was well looked after by Stefania. So much so we purchased another Rolex watch for my wife 😂.

Will definitely be revisiting. Thank you Baker Brothers.

What a wonderful experience. My first dealings were with Paul via email, who really treated me well and booked me in for an appointment. The store was very busy and Stef greeted me, took me to a bar and offered me a drink. She was so nice and ensured that I was happy. Tanya then dealt with me. She was really warm, friendly and was so knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her despite the place being extremely busy. She really treated me well and made this a special occasion for me. All the staff I saw were amazing. So professional and friendly. What a lovely couple of hours spent with Lidi & Jenny on Wednesday morning. Called ahead and spoke to Lidi, told her what I was looking for and she had necklaces ready for when I arrived. I bought the most special diamond open circle necklace and I love it. I had a small problem the following day, but it was rectified immediately. Thank you Lidi for your knowledge and your help (and thank you Jenny for letting me try that ring on!!). My second purchase from Bakers and would definitely return again - and again if the budget allows!

I have been using Baker Brothers for many years now, for various purchases and services. I have never experienced anything but fantastic customer service from all the staff, and just lately Stefania in particular.

Everyone there is eager to help and assist you, from your initial idea of what you are looking for, right through to the final purchase. They are happy to offer their honest opinions and suggestions when asked, which is nice to be able to take onboard.

Their new premises has the feel of a top London boutique yet somehow maintains the personal feel of a family run business, where clients are treated more like friends than customers.

Popped in to Baker Brothers today to drop off my Rolex for repair/service as it had stopped working - all the staff were so friendly and welcoming despite me rocking up in my gym gear. The Master Watchmaker looked at my watch right away and I stayed to wait for the repair quote. After a short wait, chatting to the lovely employees, I was over the moon when my watch was brought back to me already repaired and adjusted! I had been prepared for a few weeks wait and a dent to my bank balance so I was ecstatic. I cannot fault the service and professionalism, I will definitely return to Baker Brothers for all future high end jewellery/watch purchases and servicing. Thank you!

I purchased my dream watch from Baker Brothers only a short while ago. To my absolute horror I found that I had damaged the bezel.
I called Tanya who asked me to bring it into the shop.
It was then taken to Jimmy who worked his magic, it came back perfect.
The friendly and willingness of Tanya and her staff is second to none, Thankyou to Jimmy for his amazing skill.

The service Baker Brothers provides is exceptional and goes beyond anything I have ever experienced with other jewellers or high end retailers. They are always welcoming and there is no hard sale, they genuinely take time to understand their customers requirement’s and as they are all extremely knowledgeable I always come away learning something new which helps you make and informed decision.

In this instance I was looking for a pushing present for my Fiancé. As Kellie has helped me when purchasing an engagement ring and a watch in the past she was the first person I thought of when I when decided to buy a gift. As always she was extremely helpful, I never felt rushed and she helped me find the perfect tennis bracket which my Fiancé absolutely loves!

I always recommend Baker Brothers to my friends and family as I have every confidence that they will receive the same level of service and support I did.

If you need something "special" Baker Brothers in Bedford is definately the place you must go. This is a serious, professional Jewellers. From the moment you walk through the door, till you take home your piece of jewellery you are made to feel very special. For a significant birthday I had a specific idea for a bespoke ring. Fenella, made sure that choice of stones and design was perfect, and nothing was too much trouble to get it right. You couldn't ask for better customer service and I am so thrilled with my beautiful ring.

I'm not normally a person that does reviews but I felt compelled on this occasion after visiting Baker Brothers Jewellers in Bedford this week for a valuation of my engagement ring. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and I have to say what a stunning jewellers. I had a lovely lady named Claire whose service and knowledge was first class. I was offered a drink as soon as I sat down and it was a very warm and enjoyable atmosphere. It was a very professional valuation which I also have in writing now for my insurance company. I had time to browse at the beautiful watches and jewellery and there is something to suit all budgets. I really appreciated how I was made to feel and will definitely be a returning customer and can highly recommend Claire and the rest of the team at Baker Brothers. Thank you.
