Great experience, but stop using craft foam
My order came in a box so nothing was damaged. Quality of items is high which is what I expect from Baker Ross. I only gave the company 4 stars however because I noticed an increase in foam crafts on their website. Craft foam is by far the worst of all craft materials for biodegradability and there are no biodegradable alternatives. I also feel that over time, the selection of Baker Ross crafts is drifting away from what I want to make or themes/styles that suit us. I run a home-based private school. Fortunately, I was able to find things for the Spring season - Wooden 3D hanging Easter ornaments to paint, Felt doves to sew for Pentecost, and May Day Fuzzy Flower Wreaths to color in with markers. In the end, I wanted to buy more crafts than what I found to buy especially because we do not use craft foam.

wood flowers
I ordered 4 bags of wood flowers that I needed for a project, the total with shipping was roughly $60. Each bag was to have 40 flowers. I was excited to see I received them fairly quickly, only to discover that I was sent wood chips instead of flowers. I am guessing that either during the shipping process, or maybe even storage within the company, all of the flowers were crushed and broken apart. There may have been a total of 10 somewhat usable flowers in each bag. The company needs to find a better way to ship these, so they don’t arrive to customers like that, I will say, they did refund me so the customer service is fantastic. Unfortunately the product was not.

Very long shipping time, not as advertised
Ordered on June 28, finally received on July 13. No where did it state they would be coming from the UK. only that shipping was 3-9 business days; actually on the receipt it said US shipping up to 6 working days. We needed all the items for an event on July 10, came too late and had to scramble and buy other supplies. I communicated via email several times on June 28 and beyond saying they were needed by July 10, was told they were "dispatched on June 29" Very disappointed. How what do I do with items I no longer need? $paid $34.99 for shipping and total of $262.29
