Slow delivery for mediocre products
If I could give a 0, I would. I ordered shorts on June 4th and paid expedited shipping. It’s July 23rd, and I have not received the shorts. They were not marked as an “out of stock” or “back ordered” item and I received no notification that this was the case. I received notification that they had shipped on July 19th and they’ve been sitting one state away from where I live since then. So much for expedited shipping.

My experience of returning for refund was a little complicated in the beginning but I received a call from a very nice customer service representative. He was so understanding and helpful and he resolved my problem immediately. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Great customer service. I had an issue with a product that had a hole in it and I didn't discover it until I was past the return date by a few days. I reached out to Baleaf customer service and they took care of it and sent me a new pair. Thank you!

Excellent quality and comfort
I absolutely love the quality and comfort of my shorts and capris. The fabric is high quality that washes up nicely. After I was hooked, I got my 84 year old mother to try them too. She was hooked instantly and had me order her some more.

Great customer service
My ordered package was delayed by Canada Post, but my complaint about this was well heard by attentive and professional Baleaf agents. They made sure I eventually received my order and offered me a generous discount as a gesture of good will. I placed a new order right after that!

Baleaf Skort’s Inseam is a Game Changer!
I am thrilled to have found Baleaf skorts! I am tall and although I have always loved wearing skorts, I battled with the shorts riding up in every single brand I bought…until I tried Baleaf!
