I’ve been wearing Baleaf lined leggings for about a year now. They are comfortable and warm and have great pockets on the thighs which I find very handy for my phone and lip balm amongst other things. My latest purchase was a pair of lined waterproof pants in a great shade of purple. I’m a rural mail carrier and while I drive my route, I need something waterproof on my lower half to stay warm and dry on rainy and snowy days. These new pants were perfect for an all day heavy rain that we just had. I have already ordered a pair in another color because I’m sold on how well they work.

The items were packaged nicely. The fit is excellent except for one item. So I will continue my weight loss regimen and wear it next year. :-)

Baleaf's thermal leggings are the warmest and best I have every worn. The price is excellent!!

Loved the style and fit of the Laureate UPF50+ DWR Pocketed Capris I received today. Looking forward to wearing them on a long walk. Just a pity they didn't have the other pair I ordered.

I was able to reach out via email and phone, was not bumped around by automated response, got a real person!

After being sent the wrong size (packaging said Med but inside was a Small), I got help very quickly and problem was fixed better than I anticipated. Pants are very comfy and I placed another order in.

I am a bigger guy who sweats even when it is below 20. I was worried a bit about going to the Peruvian Amazon last summer. It is their winter but still high temps and high Humidity. Saw your long sleeve sweat whisking shirts at a great price and thought why not? Glad I did they were perfect. Did I still sweat? Oh yeah, but it wasn't all stuck in my shirt. Actually I didn't have to wring out the sweat in my shirt at any time during the day. Still using them during this summer in Nebraska to mow the lawn, workout and coach football. Thanks for making this product.

Aaron is stellar. He is efficient and personable and listens and clarifies. No company is perfect. Mistakes happen. Baleaf has stood behind their product and Aaron is a huge asset to this great company. Well done!

I love the Laureate High-Rise Bermuda Shorts! They are soft and comfy, durable, and casually stylish. I've been wearing them daily. Time to buy some more!

UPDATE early December 2024: After posting my earlier update, Baleaf contacted me (but only after I updated this review on TrustPilot!) and said my refund would be coming. I now have my refund, but once again, the company rep asked me to take down my original review. Very concerning! This company actively manages online reviews - I give them marks for finally resolving my issue, but their insistence on me removing my review is a big red flag.

UPDATE late October 2024: Once I spoke to the rep from Baleaf, they offered a compromise - I could keep them for a reduction in price, but they didn't fit so that was not an option. I elected to send them back for a refund. I still don't have my refund despite provding them with a package tracking number. And in the conversation with the rep, she asked me to take my TrustPilot review down, which seems pretty sketchy to me - note that they are very agressively managing their online review presence, SO BEWARE! What you see online is carefully managed! Do your homework before ordering from this company!!!

I ordered two items and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted the company via email and never heard back. The tracking app is only for mobile devices and it's confusing to use. Unfortunately the fit is not great for me (they fit on the small side), so I need to return them and haven't yet heard back...and I need to ship them back ASAP as I'm leaving on vacation in a week! EDIT - after posting this review I was contacted multiple times by Baleaf representatives and offered a couple of alternatives. In the end, I arranged to send the items back. For Canadian customers, it isn't possible to arrange for an exchange so do your homework around sizing before purchasing!

I had an issue with my recent order, and Aaron was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Although my preferred item was out of stock, Aaron quickly processed a refund and ensured everything was handled smoothly. I truly appreciate the professional and thoughtful service!

I love the products I have ordered from Baleaf. The capris, and ankle pants are a great addition to my closet.

I purchased the Capri shorts and was amazed at how I could move all around and no tightening anywhere. My husband thinks my butt looks good in these capris so I ordered two more pairs. I’m not active in sports but these are better than any shorts I’ve ever owned

I ordered two pair of pants for an upcoming only to realize they were out of stock. Aaron refunded my purchase right away and was very kind. I will definitely reorder them when I get back and they are in stock! Great customer service!!
