Everything was great, there was systemically issue but they upgrade my ticket and it was awesome experience. I will use ferry in future as well and first check will be balearia.

First class is not worth it
First class is not worth it. Bar has less food and is hard to get service. I went downstairs to be served. I would seek other transportation if possible

Told them car was too high for Deck 2 on Kerry they insisted it wasn’t and it got damaged on exit

Outward great - return a nightmare
Very tranquil outward (5 star) , all on time and well done. Good service on board and fast crossing and disembarkation. Return journey (1 Star )was a nightmare due to congestion in Barcelona Port -1.5 hours to get from motorway junction at the port to the ship. Also the return was over 5 hrs due to combining the booked crossing with stop in Cuitadella all very stressful. Balearia must resolve this situation with the port authorities and warn to allow extra time for boarding

Well, we wanted to go to Formentara for a few hours. Just to say we'd been.
Booked & paid on line, turned up on time, boarded, both ferries sailed on schedule. No delays, not overcrowded, good conditions.
We didn't use any on board services.

Comfortable seats, great bar with affordable coffee.
But toilets are too small. They are not convenient at all.

Comfortable, undisturbed sleep
Travelling with bicycles we were almost first on board, and welcomed in the hold as well as at reception, where we were upgraded to a very nice cabin with en-suite, and so had a good shower after our long cycle ride, and a good undisturbed sleep. Ship and room very clean, and we left and arrived on time.
