Craig at Balfe's Bikes in Streatham was extremely helpful with my pump. He patiently showed me how to pump up my tyres as I was having trouble and made sure they were at the correct pressure. Thanks Craig!

Friendly staff and great service. Items that I ordered from the website arrived within the expected time. The staff were very helpful in providing me all the information I needed to make the most of my newly acquired gear.

Poor service, the girl who served at the till was very unhelpful and rude. I have been informed by the call to come and collect the bicycle but when my wife came there the bicycle wasn’t ready. Not date been given when the service it’s done. Been advised to wait for an email when it’s ready.

The employees are professional, they do complete the service in a short time. They are willing to answer questions and provide suitable advice that helps costumers decide for more convenient adjustments on there bicycles, fixing or equipment.

Had my commuting bike fixed at Balfe's Bikes in Streatham. Brilliant job by the workshop team to change out the worn cassette and chain and check over the rest of the bike - rides like new - superb! Good pricing too and slotted in over a weekend. Can't beat the service. Thanks!

The staff are great! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was told bike repairs would take a day. It took 3 days. Expected my bike on a Monday evening got it back Wednesday evening. Not happy with the quality of repair as there was still spme side to side movement of the back wheel. Won't go back just need to find a better bike repair shop.

Had a really good experience in store and online with Rebecca at the Streatham outlet. Had a new bike on a cycle to work scheme that they had to order in. It came a month earlier than expected and they still through in some inner tubes on the house for the wait to get it in store! Great email communication throughout the process which is hard to come by these days and will certainly be using them as my go to shop going forward

Great service, easy purchase

When discussing service information was witheld, leading to misunderstanding and disappointment. No attempt to resolution was made.
I seems that at Balfe's persons, including employees and customers, are unimportant.
So employees behave as if they were cogs in a machine, not even machines.

I had a problem with a new tyre: the inner tube kept exploding and I suspected that it was a problem with the wheel size so I went to Balfe's for advice. They looked at it straight away and noted that the rim tape was slightly damaged, applied new and put the tyre back on the wheel, courtesy of shop. So kind.
