Different colour was delivered
Placing order was smooth with quick delivery. However, item received was in different colour from the photos although description did not specify the colour. The item was just delivered to me 2 days before my 2 weeks vacation. When asking whether I could be granted a grace period for extended return period, I got no feed back from the customer service. Even I could return the product, the postage would be responsible by me and I have to bring the heavy printer to the post office which incurred a lot of hassles. So, the very likely outcome is that I should accept the wrong colour.
Update on 12/6/2026
Thanks for the customer service to agree that I could return the product. The refund amount was unfortunately £4 less which I had to carefully checked and spent some time to chase it back. Postage for both sending and return had to be borne by me as well which was £30. Such a waste of time, effort and money.
I raised the issue to the customer service more than a month ago. Their webpage is still showing the different colour now. But, all the responsibilities have to be borne by me.
