Avoid!

This surgery should not be called health service, as they simply do not care...this is run by the nurses (!), who pride themselves of defending the surgery from the (enemy) patients. They rude and unhelpful which borders with dangerous practice, such as refusing medication that is necessary for a management of precancerous condition. They simply instruct the receptionist to pass the message. It appears that GP doesn't even read e-consult as this is simply managed by the nurses. Some of them appear highly uncompassionate, clearly treating the patient as an enemy of the system. And, I am not surprised if patients become abusive. If they deal with an extreme pain for years, undiagnosed conditions and coercive attitude from the nurses, I am not surprised that some of them become simply angry, but also some of them die due to the lack of an appropriate care and constant "broken record" attitude...The communication with them is similar to the abuse, where they use toxic communication to undermine the patient.
This is not national health care, this is national health system where patient is just a number necessary to some statistics...
