Wouldnt even give them one star. Daughter got for Christmas and we’ve only just opened it. Read instruction book then plugged in, it started smoking and it MELTED!! Do not buy!! It was on the proper PLA setting (as that is the material within the box). I’m going to dig out my receipt and report to credit card company also.

Am adding to the long list of 1 star reviews below. I would give them zero stars if possible. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. The pen worked ok for a couple of months then the whole tip melted which obviously isn't safe for a child. I have emailed numerous times now with no response. Their website is under construction so I can't even get on to find an address to send a letter to. I did found - 50 Woodgate, Leicester, United Kingdom, LE3 5GF - on Companies House as well as the director's home address so I will be sending a letter to both of these.

Avoid this company I Purchased the 3D pen for my daughter at Xmas used twice now it’s not working I have sent multiple emails about this and I never get a reply total waste of money

Also had the same experience as so many below. Brought as a Christmas present it worked for one minute. My son was devastated. It was his main father Xmas present. Customer service number doesn’t work. Emailed and eventually got a reply asking for a video and thought I was getting somewhere and now I’ve had no response twice when I’ve asked for a refund for this faulty product. AVOID at all costs. This experience is so poor and what makes me so sad is my son still thinks I’m trying to resolve this with Father Christmas.

If you are here for the same reason as everyone else please take an extra couple minutes to report them to the ACCC. The only way this person will be stopped is with enough attention. This is also for the create-3d.com.au site. Everything everyone has said is spot on. The site is full of lies. The business address listed is for a different company. Email addresses provided don't work.

Also wish I’d read the reviews on here before spending money on this heap of plastic junk - company are un responsive and unhelpful. The product itself felt extremely cheap and not of the quality I would expect for the money - our feed button stopped working and the pen itself stopped heating up on 3rd use - they have now blamed me for breaking the pen. They have taken over 2 weeks to respond. Avoid buying this item at all costs.

They don't reply to emails until you leave them bad feedback, then they don't bother replying again, hence leaving them another bad review.

Bought a 3d pen for my neice as a Christmas present, didn't last half an hour before it stopped working correctly, over 2 months later, no reply to emails, no replacement and no refund, plus an upset 8 year old.

I guess that don't accept paypal as disgruntled and ripped off customers would be able to get their money back.

It tasks a special kind of scum to steal from families and children. These guys operate with zero morals and I hope the world gives it back to them at some point. People like this give the English a bad name

Exactly what everyone else had said if only I'd read these instead of the fake reviews they flash up on their website. Faulty pen doesn't work I had one response asking for proof and then totally ghosted me. I'm not well off and bought it for my grandson and I expect most people have purchased for children so this is particularly cruel scamming

Absolute CROOKS. My elderly mother bought two pens for my children and both were faulty. They respond (after one MONTH) and ask for proof, saying the error is with me not the pens, then ignore completely once proof is sent. Unbelievably immoral company

Bought my grandaughter pen plus pla she used it once! I emailed .i did purchase another as my grandaughter was so upset I eventually got a response asking for photo or video of problem. I sent photo .They seemed to have stopped replying now. I'm so mad !!

Avoid! Same problem as everyone else they did respond initially asking to send videos giving silly reasons like voltage bla bla as to why it stopped working - and now they have stopped responding. I suspect they might start trading under a new website and name now as their current one is down and I notice the only reviews on here are since November so it was a Christmas scam. I’m gutted I fell for it. Not like me I usually do check reviews.

Ordered 2 pens for my grandchildren for Christmas they finally came and all was well til Boxing day. One of the pens stopped working as if jammed. Sentvemail from thir website,no reply. Phoned number not recognised. Have just sent an email from my on email and it wasn't able to be delivered as site doesn't exist. Went back to look for any other site for another address and I saw a trust pilot for this company. All my fears were confirmed I wish I'd seen this before I bought off them. They are scammers and I am going to report them to trading standards. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Absolute scam and huge waste of time and inconvenience. I’ll never buy anything like this again without checking trustpilot.
I can’t believe how a company like this can continue operating quite honestly. It’s like dealing with Del and Rodney Trotter, but not funny at all.
No response from them until today but the email was so vague and said maybe the electricity didn’t have enough voltage… and asked me to send a video of the problem… no mention of a refund.
The pen clearly doesn’t work I all I want is my money back.
Like everyone else, it was a very disappointing Christmas gift. Luckily my daughter received a completely different present , a gymnastic bar, which does work and she hasn’t stopped playing on it since Christmas Day and she absolutely loves it. You win some you lose some… this was definitely a loss for sure. This was a lesson in how important researching purchases.

This company is an absolute travesty. Their contact phone number is not recognised and they refuse to answer emails. We purchased a pen for our grandson for Christmas in November 2022. The shipment was lost. They did actually send a replacement which arrived in time for Christmas but it does not work. Their website states 24/7 customer service, which is non existent. We have requested a replacement or refund by email and no one is responding to us. I would steer clear of this company. Don't waste your money.

SHOCKED TO READ BAD NEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
I too have been trying to contact this company via emails without a response. i’ve only received 3 items out of 5 ordered. We have not tried to use the 3D Pen yet, reading all your reviews i don’t have much faith.
I will let you know if it does.

Appalling. Didn’t work. Disappointed kids on Xmas day. No response from 3D create when numerous complaints have been made.

Also been scammed by this company- they did send me the item which was a Christmas gift, it arrived in time which was brilliant but the pen does not work, the motor isn’t working to pull the filament through, emailed numerous times, and like the other comments state- the contact number does not work, I wish I had looked at trust pilot but believe the good reviews on their site,
