Pen arrived on time but didn't work. Unable to contact customer support (telephone number on website doesn't work). Presumably a scam?

No answering phone calls, not replying to emails, tracking number is not working I keep seeing an ad on Google and I am after reporting it scammers

Having purchased and received the ultimate kit from this company a few year ago which worked amazingly well for a good 18 months or more before stopping working I didn’t bother checking reviews before purchasing from them again this Christmas. Our order arrived in good time and although the packaging didn’t look as professional as previous pen (just a cardboard sleeve) we were happy that we had the perfect gift and replacement 3D pen for our daughter.

Fast forward a few weeks and this pen does not heat up, no answer from the phone number on the website and no reply from either the contact page or email address. Luckily it didn’t cost the earth but still extremely disappointing for our daughter who is now short a Christmas present.

Scam - they will take your money, you will not receive the product, they will not respond regarding refund - save yourself the trouble. Total scam!

Pen did not work, no-one responds to emails for a refund, avoid this company at all costs, it is not legit.

Bought the 3D Pen kit for my sons Christmas. I didn't even receive it when tracking the order it look like they were just drop shipping from amazon but the order ended up getting cancel at amazon and the order didn't get fulfilled. I had to get last minute to buy another one from 'Menkind', which I would recommend as it is made by Polaroid.

After countless email they finally responded that I would get a refund but of course hasn't happen. Definitely a SCAM.

Like others, bought Ultimate 3D kit for a Christmas present only to find out on Xmas Day that it doesn’t heat up and filament won’t load. Emailed company several times but no response. Phone line was saying ‘user busy’ now completely dead. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is indeed some sort of scam, purchased 2 pen kits for my grandchildren & extra filament. One pens does not work & the additional filament is no good, just spurts everywhere. I have tried to contact them, no reply what-so-ever. The phone line is not recognised & they do not respond to any emails. Please do not waste your money.

Avoid Pen bought as a Christmas gift and stopped working within 10 mintues, have contacted the company multiple times with no response - very disappointing.

Scammed like everyone else. Received a pen but is broken 😔 No email response and number is out of use. Wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering. I’m sure I went with them after reading a Which review or something that endorsed them 🙄

Re. Create 3d's 3D pen: When my son opened this present on Christmas day we couldn't get it to switch on. Customer service have not responded to multiple emails and phone calls over the past few weeks. I will keep trying to get my money back.

Awww all these reviews just made me realise I will never get my money back....

Same issue as everyone else. Their phone number doesn't work. And despite advertising 247 customer service I have a pen that won't work and an extremely disappointed child.

At the beginning I thought the pen will not arrive, but it did eventually. Looks good for the first impression, my daughter is happy.

Like so many others, I have a pen that doesn’t work, a disappointed child and a company that doesn’t respond. AVOID!

Just as the others had said - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - it is a scam company, we are in the process of contacting our bank to get our money back. We have also filed a complaint with trading standards. I hope everyone else that has been scammed also does the same.

Absolutely horrendous! Useless pen which doesn’t work! Useless customer service who don’t reply! Complete scam so would advise to steer clear! I am reporting them to Trading Standards and would advise anyone else who has had the misfortune of dealing with them to do the same! Complete Scam and unfair that they are taking peoples money!

The payment will come out as SP doodle. When i called them they said someone has stolen their company details and its nothing to do with them
3d create have both a Uk and Australia email address. Yet reply to neither. Equally the phone number is no good

I bought this pen for my daughter for Xmas. Like the other reviews, the pen didn’t work and shattered the dream of my daughter’s Christmas. They don’t respond to email( fake one with au address!) and contact phone is also non-functional! It is a SCAM and advise it to not be used.

Well…I guess I am one of the other unhappy customers..
Wish I knew and read the feedbacks before purchasing.
It has arrived, but the quality is really really bad…pen is constantly switching off on sleep mode, the temperature heats up very slowly.
Would not buy again!!!
