I can’t recommend Ilin @balloonita enough! From start to finish, she was an absolute delight to work with. Her creativity, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does truly shine through in every balloon design.
Ilin didn’t just provide decorations,she created an atmosphere. The balloons were elegant beautifully arranged along with diamond roses. She made the entire event feel magical. Guests couldn’t stop taking photos, and everyone kept asking me who did the balloons.
What impressed me most was her professionalism and warmth. She listened carefully to my ideas, made wonderful suggestions, and then brought everything to life even better than I imagined. She was reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
If you’re looking for someone who can transform an ordinary space into something unforgettable, Ilin is the person to call. Her work is nothing short of amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back for every future event!

I have recently ordered a balloon from Balloonita as a gift to my wife, well decorated balloon, very well hand crafted, it was well worth every penny or should I say £. Thank you a million Balloonita. 😊

I have had a lot of things previously from other businesses but hands down can say this was the best experience I’ve had. I ordered from Sara a Hajj Mubarak balloon and bouquet set a day before parents arriving (very last minute) and she was more than happy to help. Delightful customer service and product was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone looking at a gift for a special occasion. Wish this business every success in the future insha’Allah

My sister ordered these balloons on new years eve. They were also overly priced and in the word "love" they put 2 "L"s and when she messaged about it the response was very rude stating that she could just peel the vinyl. Of anyone knows anything about balloons, this would have popped it. 50 pounds (granted it was Christmas eve but that's no excuse to be so rude to a customer)

Granted, it has lasted without wear and tear for so long but customer service needs some improvement.

Amazing quality balloons.

I ordered mine back in July, it’s now April of the next year and the balloon still looks as good as new. Not deflated at all!
