Very accommodating and delivered exactly what I asked for!

I had such a wonderful experience! She was incredibly easy to talk to and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I needed flowers and balloons for my sister’s daughter’s birth, and she went above and beyond to accommodate everything I wanted. What really impressed me was how quickly she put it all together, everything was beautifully prepared in just one day.

I needed an Umrah Mubarak air balloon at very short notice. Ilin was an absolute darling. She was so understanding and accommodating. She was constantly corresponding with me to do her best for me. She made my air balloon within 24 hours and it was absolutely beautiful. I can’t praise her enough. Her customer service skills were above and beyond. I honestly can’t recommend Balloonita enough! I placed an order that needed to be delivered all the way to Aberdeen for a Thursday, and she went above and beyond to make it happen. Her customer service was truly exemplary, she offered consistent communication throughout the process, regularly checking in to make sure I was happy with every detail and even offering to visit other stores to ensure I had everything I wanted for the gift.

From the very start, she was warm, patient, and so passionate about what she does. She showed me endless balloon and gift options, making the whole experience fun and stress-free. I ended up giving her full creative control because I knew it was in the best hands and I was absolutely right. The end result far exceeded my expectations. Everything was packaged beautifully and arrived safely, and before I knew it, the balloons, flowers, and gifts were already on their way to Aberdeen.

When my closest friend received it for her birthday, she was completely blown away. Her reaction was priceless!! So many pictures, videos, and FaceTimes followed because it was just that special.

Absolutely outstanding service and such a beautiful experience! I was gifted a wardrobe hamper with baby clothes and a personalised balloon from a friend overseas, and I was honestly blown away by how beautifully everything was done. You can tell straight away that so much love, care, and attention to detail went into creating it - it was truly something special.

What made it even more heartwarming was the lady who delivered it. She waited patiently outside because I couldn’t come to the door, never once rushed me, and greeted me with the kindest smile. I actually felt bad for taking up her time, but she was so understanding and genuine.
