Awful experience
Looks like Ballymore scrubbed all the google reviews because they can't take it how bad they are. Instead of addressing the problems, just push them under the carpet and ignore the people: We had the most disgusting experience with Paul, the Manager of the Concierges at Embassy Gardens. Paul is a condescending rude and hostile busybody who enjoys talking down to people, interrupting them, belittling them, and who uses phrases like: "I give you permission to disagree with me" and "shut up I'm talking to your friend". Full on fascist little minion and enforcer of alleged Ballymore's "rules". He is a louse and we truly felt sorry for him and his very embarrassing public behavior. Sadly, Ballymore ignores all my e-mails about the incident and doesn't care. Ballymore only knows an "owner" (leaseholder) twice a year, when they send out the super inflated gargantuan service charges, other than that, an owner does not exist and is continuously ghosted. One thing is crystal clear: I will never, NEVER buy a property from Ballymore EVER again. I will also tell people to stay away from this toxic company. Interesting tidbit: They have a book in their lobby library called "How China takes over the world". Wonderful - I can imagine their whole company culture is based on a mixture of communism and fascism

I am a leaseholder at Ballymore's High Point Village (HPV) development in Hayes, West London.
I came to visit HPV in between tenants in my flat. This was my first visit in a couple of years.
Arriving at the Concierge's Office next to HPV main entrance, I was given time along with important and valuable updates by Mr. Sandeep, who is responsible for security at HPV.
As a non-resident landlord, I've been consistently grateful for the courteous and all-round professional contribution of colleagues such as Mr. Syed and Mr. Sandeep towards keeping HPV a place and a community where tenants from diverse backgrounds can enjoy living in.

Amazing & smooth post completion experience
I had an amazing post completion experience thanks to Tonya and Na! From completion to handing over the keys none of my questions were left unanswered. During handover they also walked through everything in detail, and were quite patient when I asked certain things multiple times. The handover email had everything documented including service providers that are available. There were even manuals for the appliances as well as videos explaining every single meter in the utility closet. Overall, both Tonya and Na were amazing & patient in their help and support. They certainly made my experience extremely smooth!
