Largely positive experience from Ballymore
As far as 'new home' purchases go we think we have had a largely positive experience. Upon exchange we were handed over to the completions team who were always there to provide build updates, organise events for new residents, site visits but more importantly coordinate all the tasks required prior to key handover. Emily was our assigned customer liaison representative and did an incredible job of keeping us informed and helping us through the last month as we prepared to complete and move-in. Always very approachable and available it was great to have her alongside the final stages of the process.
Eddie was excellent
Eddie was excellent. He came over to replace the sink faucet and the plug. He was also so kind that he helped us to put on our faucet water.
Personalised completions teams a nice touch
Have recently just completed and moved in to our new apartment in Royal Wharf. We bought off plan, so the whole process did take over 2 years. Throughout this time, we were provided with regular updates every 3 months initially, and increased in frequency nearer notice / completion. The completions team were approachable, friendly and gave a personalised experience. Emily in particular was very responsive, and went out of her way to answer a lot of my questions and eased our anxiety as the notice period fell beyond the initial estimate. The team also organised a site visit prior to building being ready, and also socials for the new tenants to meet. There were a couple of things that could’ve been better, like the update on the service charge changes over the 2 year waiting period. The final handover period was as made as smooth as possible for us, an d the welcome gifts in our new apartment was a very nice touch. Overall, the experience was a very positive one and much appreciated.

High quality and Great Community for living
The quality of the new built apartment is very high, I am very satisfied with their quality and services, especially the kitchen design, very lovely and useful with many storage space. The project team provided us very professional and efficiency services, such as some paint and scratches on the door and wall were reported, they would fix them by the following day. It’s unbelievable.
Furthermore, the Riverscape is the same developer of the Royal Wharf, where is the mature community and only a street next to our new home, it is benefiting us. Webcan enjoy all well developed facilities, such as local supermarkets, Chinese & Korea restaurants (great taste), pharmacies, GYM rooms and swimming as well as sauna facilities, public transports by DLR, bus and Uber boat, Sunday Farm Markets monthly, primary school there, sufficient green spaces, some facilities for exercise in the promenade…etc. It is a very convenient and security place for living. Very enjoyable!
Lastly, I would like to express great thankfulness to Tonya, the Liaison Officer who helped me so much and provided a clear guidance, keeping me with the updated progress as well as suggestions to me for my completion.
